Good app works fine. The only thing I don't like about the app is the ID card. I would prefer to see it fill the screen. That would make it much more readable. i have a Nexus 6P which has one of the biggest screens out there. I can't imagine trying to see your ID card on a smaller screen.

Where is the login option? Why can't I make a payment by simply entering my policy number like I can online? What is the point of redirecting the user to the website in order to pay without registering an account? Very disappointing.

Pile of junk. Try to make a payment and it redirects you to a website that doesn't even work most of the time. This app looks like it was thrown together as cheaply as possible by the lowest bidder.

I know what my email is....... It keeps saying email doesn't exist Junk!

The app worked fine last month, but now it will not let me sign in, and it locked my online account so I could not pay my bill.

People need to learn how to use the app before they complain. Create account on the website then the app works just fine.

I just downloaded this app and it will not allow me to log-in . Are you not defeating your purpose when you created this app. If you can'T download it, how can it be useful to anyone?

I have used this app successfully for years but the last update ruined it. Past few months all I get is invalid credentials. Website is also worthless as every time I reset my password it fails. The app also needs a major redesign, but I would be happy if it worked at all.

This app was awesome, I could make changes to my policy and payments with ease, now it keeps prompting me to enter valid credentials... Don't reply to my comment apologizing and telling me to call your number..... I've got the number, thanks. I AM a PAYING customer after all. JUST FIX THE APP ALREADY

Can't log in. Can't identify policy number on webpage. Basically no help or use

While I can log-in, I cannot make payments with this app. It directs me to the website and then the website throws an error. I would consider changing my review if you added a way to view your current bill with a breakdown of all the costs, my billing history, and fixed the payment problem. All in all, Alfa ' s website and app are behind the times.

The whole reason I downloaded this app is so I can make a payment quick and easy. This app is supposed to help me save time. I have had this app downloaded to my device for months now and still have yet to be able to make a payment. I have to either call or go in the store,, which is very inconvenient for someone on the go. I hope Alfa fixes this soon.

Continuously must login even after choosing remember password. Maintenance reminders great but should sync with calendar

Tells me they are unable to print insurance cards whenever I log in. Not useful at all.

Way to go Alfa, thanks for making life easy for us. I will never drop u all.

Final a app for my insurance and I don't have worry about insurance cards no more.

Quick way to pay my bill & pull up my insurance card

I have alfa insurace after being sent to 3 different alfa sites i was finally sent to alfa insurance where i registered and then tried to log into the app and it wont let me because im through alfa vision wtf!!!! Please make an update where i can log in. Thanks been a customer for 3+ years.

Wont let me use since i live in indiana. Which is weird.

Its nice to be able to have my insurance information in the palm of my hand at anytime.
