At AXA PPP healthcare, we like you to be fully informed about every aspect of your health. As a member, our free MyHealth app allows you to access the full details of your plan, including viewing documents, the cover you have used, and how much is remaining.
You will also be able to view claims details and look at all claims you have contacted us about, see what payments you have made and treatments you have set up. We know how busy you can be, that’s why you’ll also have the ability to start a claim through secure messaging, ask questions, upload documents and receive important information straight to your app when you attend an appointment at one of our partner hospitals.

I can't find out how to access the messaging centre from the app. I can only get to that via the main website. Likewise, I cannot access open/existing claims. A bit pointless if it only has limited use. App now uninstalled!

Crashes when submitting registration page. Unusable as a result.

Tried to register, submitted my email address and received an email saying thank-you but was given no pin number to log in with! Tried again and still nothing. How are we supposed to log in??

Looks nice, however it failed to work properly. Either the server it talks to was down or it just couldn't sync. The end result was it accepted the details and then stalled. Restarting just put me back to the begining, yes I got a confirmation mail but this app didn't get the clue. HTC desire 500

No idea why this even needs to run in the background to be honest, but all the way home last night it kept popping up saying AXA PPP has forced close and asked to send a bug report, highly distracting (potentially dangerous) while driving while also getting in the way of navigation screen.

Doesn't work - do you not do any QA before release? Login screen is frozen at first, and when trying to open it again it doesn't load at all.
