but some old dvr it is default port maybe is them too. The app mistakenly believes that the old dvr is a new type device. that causes the app can not work well for old dvrs.
We use a method to solve it.
You need check the Select box for "Only Support old device" in settings, then save it.and exit this app.and then restart app,the old dvr can be support well as before.

Really strange issue I have is that I can load the app and see my cams and if I close and reopen the app my DVR information is gone. If I then force close all apps and reopen its there again. Minor annoyance but the app works well. Using with a 4 channel zmodo system

Just like some of the others have said it's a great simple app but won't keep my dvr info saved.. deletes after a few mins of entering it in and saving. Am I missing something

I've used this app for over four years. It's very user friendly and in a brief time you'll ask how we made it without it. Install it now! It's too easy not to. Uninstall if you can't write a similar review...but you will, so enjoy!

I have had this for years and it used to work great but all the sudden it won't keep my ip addresses on it. They dissappear and you have to keep putting them back on ! Stupid and you need to tell me why it's doing that or I rate this as bull crap !

Used this app for years on my Defender system on my s5 and s7. Now it doesn't work at all. My wife has the new Note and works like a champ. VERY disappointed in this app.

Neith this or any of the other camera viewing apps will not run since my phone was updated. Swann tech support double checked my system and it is set up correctly. They have told me the issue is with the lollipop operating system and they dont have any plans to fix it. So my phone has made my systen "junk".

It's ok. Pictures are great. My only issue is that I cannot split the views & see multiple cameras at one time & there is no audio which my dvr & cameras do have

I have Raysharp dvr. Not able to see on Galaxy note 5. I don't have a static ip, so configured with dns but not able to view. I don't think it's capable of resolving dns. But an older version asee+ is working fine with the same configuration.

Finally get it to work, thank you. Hope I could see all the cameras in on screen, just see one by one.
