Alabama Power

Won't do anything. Finally lets me log in. Then when I want to pay my bill it just sits there. The progress line moves enough to see the process started to go to bill pay but never moves. The only thing this app is good for is a shortcut to full site by clicking that option at the bottom. Seems like they could simply make the app a shortcut directly to the mobile site. The mobile Web site is perfect.

I LOVED the app when it worked. Now it just keeps saying "It appears you're not connected to the internet" but I am accessing my other bill pay apps and the search engines. Fix this glitch.

I'm a trucker and needless to say say I don't have normal hours like from can to can't, with this app I don't have to worry about not being on time I can be in Florida at midnight and schedule a payment or work out a payment plan. So big ups to this app.

Apparently the app can just decide on it's own to not send the payment you setup two days in advance through. I owed 2 months worth of bills. On Feb. 19th I setup a payment for the first month's full bill plus $10 of the second bill to pay out on Feb. 21st. It didn't. It just didn't. So, now I'm having to go overdraw my checking by more than a hundred dollars to pay the full bill plus a $50 reconnect fee....because Alabama Power or it's app screwed up. Can I switch to another company? Of course not. Southern Company has a monopoly. That's what government is for. To protect us from monopolies. Good job, government.

This app used to work perfectly fine. Now all it does is show a white screen. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing, and still just a blank white screen.

I cant register to even log in. It wont except my email. Keeps saying it not valid when it is. I have had this same email address for over 15 years and it is spelled correctly.

This app is great! It is easy to use and allows me to pay on the go and report outages with my phone!

App is getting worse. Takes forever to connect if it even connects at all. This a huge headache for those of us that are deployed trying to pay our bill.

It will NEVER let me pay my bill. Never. That's if it let's me login at all. All it does is sit there and load.

Does not open anything but the main page. Can't use it to pay or check on anything.

This app has the same runtime errors that the webpage does. It is BEYOND frustrating to login and then click any option just for it to get an error. As much money as your charge for your service you could at least have a reliable web pay application.

The app is super easy to navigate. It clearly shows me what I need to know and where I can contact someone if there's some I don't know. I like it!!!

When I pay my bill the app doesn't work so I end up still logging on through the Internet on the main site to pay. Not convenient for me since I like to pay it through the app.

This app doesn't provide me enough information. I'd like to see a list of my previous bills. I'd like to compare usage for multiple months. The website can do this but the app only shows me the current cycles information.

Every time I try to open the app a popup comes on and says it appears that my phone isn't connected to the Internet. I'm on WiFi so I know that's not the issue, I've even tried restarting my phone and uninstalling the app and still same problem. Please fix as soon as possible, I rely on this app quite often. Thank you

It works. But, provides no change log & the 'keep me logged in' is useless. Each worth a star.

It's pretty much just the mobile website rolled into an app

like YouTube, you provide no changelog.

Not sure why people are complaining. It worked like it's supposed to for me.

This is less about the app and more about Alabama Power I guess but, It's 2015... Stop charging an extra fee to pay online.

The mobile website wasn't bad by any means, and I often used that to pay bills. This is much more convenient. I even have the option to "keep logged in".

It's taken this long for an app, but it's kinda lame that it's just the mobile version of the website.
