Could not connect to Samsung galaxy j3 2016. Really disappointed

I got the connection to work by logging into the camera network from the wifi settings on the S4. Once that connects then start the software program, put the key in again and it worked fine. Apparently it jumps back to quickly to the home network to connect to the camera network. If I understand correctly it doesn't use your home network just the camera network. Direct connection I guess. Hope that helps. Would like to save videos to phone to watch remotely like we can the pictures.

Does not connect from my Android one (Nexus) os. Tried the hack where someone connected to the cam from phone settings and then from the phone. Worked once, but no more... No progress bar, no indication and the app just freezes over. Worst of all, don't even have an option to send a feedback to the developer..

As my title say, its cannot download a video file thru wifi from my xa2, only still picture. Please do upgrade it. And fix the issue

I downloaded the app, turned on my WiFi, then turned the WiFi on on my JVC Adixxion GC-XA2BU, saw the JVC camera on the phone app and clicked it, entered the same key number that was on the screen of the JVC, kept saying "Camera Not Found!" I tried in the WiFi screen, tried after the WiFi screen nothing. But then i figured it out!!!! I went to WiFi settings on my android phone and turned the WiFi on on the camera and connected the phone to the JVC camera that way (using the same key number as the wireless network password) and then when i went back to the app and clicked camera and entered the number it worked!! Once the app works you can do all kinds of remote functions like they say!!

A must have for anyone with an Adixxion Camera. I hope you could update it and allow Video playback on the phone and video transfer.

Good as is, easily connects to a nexus5.. but needs more camera setup options like gopros app.

So great......it connects easy enough. But i cannot back up videos to my phone. Only pictures. If im on a trip, I want the ease of backing up my videos without needing a computer or having a dozen sd cards. When i try to search help for this I cannot find anything. Only for the xa1. Is this something I cannot do or is it something I am doing wrong? As of right now, that is the only feature I want. Remote recording is fine, but I need ease of backing up videos to my phone to save space on the camera.

the wifi doesnt turn back on when the camera is on again. you have to go to the menu everytime and switch wifi on. very hard to get it to connect to note 3, the solution is to first connect it via wifi setting in android and enter the password "makesure wifi switching is turned off" then once it connects and obtains ip go back to the app and connect to it again and then enter the password again and it should work.

Finds camera straight away, I then enter the password & it doesn't do anything

Works with Xperia Z2, Galaxy Tab Pro 12 and Tesco Hudl 2. WiFi can be tricky if you're near any other known WiFi. Sony's PlayMemories app (with Sony camera) is much better at finding and holding the device specific WiFi when the app is running. Biggest grumble for me is that the app doesn't allow playback or transfer of video files - JVC really need to address this. Haven't tried Ustream but YouTube upload didn't work on my account poss. because I have 2 step verification and more than one channel.

doesn't work with nexus 5 (lollipop)

I give it a 4 no 5 though only because can't play back videos. I have a note 4 . I had to manually find WiFi connect cause auto for some reason wouldn't go through

Read some of the tips for connecting and it will still not connect to my phone. the phone will see the camera but will not connect. The feature is pointless if the app does not work. I may have to return the camera and go with a more reliable product if this can't get fixed.

1. Scan wifi from wifi settings (OUTSIDE the app) menu and connect. 2. Go to Adixxion app and connect.

While recording, after unplugging from car charger the cam switch off by itself. Anyone facing the same problem?

Works good as a viewfinder.. But i cant watch my videos on my z2 over wifi, as the app crashes out. Any chance of an update.. Chromecast or wear support would be good..

For me: I had to manually connect to the camera first before launching the App. So when Adixxion Sync is launched it must say "connected".

Can't save video files on phone

Finally can connect with S4. Go to advance setup in wifi setting off the automatic switch mobile and wifi and it work.

Works fine with HTC M8 One

Useless as unable to use with my phone. App loads and connects via WiFi enter password but "camera not found"

Had to disable optimizer for it to stay connected. Cannot save youtube info back to camera. App shuts down. Cannot view recorded video on phone. Cannot change resolutions via phone. Using GS3. Needs to be fine tuned. Also do not like how the app exits if there is a low battery.

I can't rate this app it asks for a password but I never put a password in to begin with. Any help would be much appreciated.

Would rate higher but the developer should find a way to stream or download the video to my mobile. I like everything else about it, though.

App is a piece of crap doesn't connect to anything!!!! They need to do something with this I went on the app scanned thousands of times and It doesn't find anything I am using a Samsung galaxy s4 active and it doesn't connect at all to the camera!!!

Kinda love this but sincerely Hope can b revised to b a more user friendly apps.
