Can't connect the app with woolet... The woolet didn't even send a signal (checked it)

Keeps on sending false alarm even when phone is in physical touch with the woolet. Eveb when I am walking with woolet and phone in my pocket it keeps on sending false alarm. To stop such annoying false alarm , I have to stop us using this app. I wonder why I bought woolet.

A bit disappointed...apparently Woolet removed a lot of features. The quiet zone is not working well, the network exclusion is not there anymore neither the arrow with the approximated distance. I could not find the distance sensitivity setting as well. Even the bark sound was removed! So a lot is missing from what I've expected.

It's not connecting. I know it's not the charger maybe the chip or the app it just refuses to connect with each other it's a shame.
