Woolet

After updated to 1.1.7 and updated firmware my woolet and keychain can't detect at all, become useless already.

Using the latest version, again. This time with firmware update. Updated it then it can no longer connect to the device. I tried to remove then add, nothing. looks like it bricked the unit. disappointed.Not what I'm expecting. I'm using S7 edge.

This app gobbled up 11% of my battery in 6 hours. After 3 days of use, I'm uninstalling it

Don't fall for the marketing gimmick

So I got both the key fob and woolet. The key fob synced instantly while the woolet struggled to connect after the 27th try with me taking it out of the wallet and placing it on my phone in different locations until it just happened to sync. However none of them will "connect" which means I can't make them make a sound. Honestly disappointed. Update fixed nothing

put it on the charger for 3 hours, there is no light to indicate anything, there is no bleep, as mentioned in the very poor description. the app doesn't connect to the wallet....not a penny worth so far......on the homepage i didn't find any help or support... 2 days later, still doesn't charge....the support so far? read the FAQ.... nightmare.....and not to forget, the app sucks the battery like crazy

Great if you want to turn your phone into a portable heater and drain it's battery in a couple of hours. No way to turn off finder function making app and products unusable. Thanks for feedback - look forward to new version of app to update my review.

App is useless. Settings don't function, can't get wallet or keyring to make sound. Constantly notifies phone that keyring and wallet are lost and then discovered. There is no "off" function, seems you have to stop your Bluetooth to prevent the constant notifications. After waiting a year this expensive item is pretty useless, as if you are using BT with other app such as mp3 playing, or car hands free kit, it keeps interfering. I could go on, certainly put me off doing any other crowd fund support.

Location tracking for the associated wallet is next to useless. There are 3 distance settings for the alerts, but none of them actually work and I always find it has defaulted to the medium setting anyway (however I am almost glad that it won't go off because the alert noises are TERRIBLE). I paid a lot of money for a Woolet through kickstarter, it arrived nearly a whole year later, with a fraction of the functionality and the core feature broken. A complete waste of time.

Please try to have better standard and some self respect. Maybe then you'll make a better app.

Waited over a year for it to arrive, charge pad didnt come with it so wondering if that will ever show up. App can only tell you if its near, far or very far ("far" being about 2 metres apparently). GPS reasonably accurate but wont let you zoom out so if it was on a street you didnt know then you would be stuffed. When trying to get it to emit a sound the app says my device is not connected. Same story with the key chain. A somewhat promising idea but a spectacular failure. I can see that an update to the app is promised but wont hold my breath. Wont be much use if the charge pad doesnt show up. At the end of the day it is now an overpriced backup wallet.

Update the app before replying with "next update will be better" - also, where is that SDK I asked for when you guys had the KickStarter?

Terrible fraud. Don't buy this farce of a wallet and don't download this crappy app

The app is horrible it doesn't work it discovers ur wallet or key fob but doesn't ever connect to it and if u talk to support all they can tell u is keep trying!! I'm sorry a year and over 100 dollars later and all u can tell me is to keep trying!!!

Still needs work. As others said, the battery drains...wallet is a foot away from me and I get constant notifications. When I do actually try to use the sound notification you can barely hear the sound from the wallet...

The locator page is a semi-accurate hot and cold system at best. I have never been able to connect to my keys or wallet to make them ring.

Constant notifications about connecting and disconnecting when 2 feet from the wallet. Also after having it connected to my phone for 13 hours, under battery my BT is 20% of the drain! After I uninstalled the app (because even with having no wallets registered it still drained the battery) my BT battery usage went down to 1% and that's it's connected to my watch all day, and my car! And the actual wallet BT device is quite large and bulky for a 'super slim' wallet

Quite possibly the only thing more disappointing than this app is the cheap wallet that costs $100 to go with it. The app feels cheap and hollow, like the flimsy material the wallet is made of. Promises to provide much delayed updates are often issued, but never followed up on. The tracking device for the wallet is as thick as my smart phone. This app and its associated products are garbage. Don't waste your time, and please spend your money on something better.

The 2.8 stars this App has at the moment are a joke. Positive reviews by creators, as indicated by other reviewers. Would not pair with woolet wallet. Did pair with key chain but constantly notifies that it lost and then found it again. Drained 20% of battery in less than one hour (S6 edge plus). Garbage.

This app can't even connect to the key chain I received today, and it can't seem to ring the wallet, one of the major features of the product. What an awful waste of money.

Not impressed. As a Kickstarter backer I waited forever for this product with constant delays because they claim they wanted to "get it right." There is nothing right about this product or app. Also had to pay for a wireless charger which still never showed up. App drains battery, constantly connects and disconnects. Wallet itself lacks card storage space. Bluetooth module quite bulky in the wallet. The worst part is that I can't even find my wallet because the app won't connect or work!

Screen tearing, can't save settings, keep having to relogin each time you open the app, in fact even if you don't close the tab (leave it open), go to another app (say check an email), and return, you have relogin and sync everything up. Seriously, if I'm not in range (thats what this whole is for), I can't even sync so I can't find my wallet. Crap....

The whole experience with this company has been horrible. Not surprised the app is garbage. I was robbed by these people....***Update 5/19/16***...Good news, its only been 2-1/2 months since this non-working app has had an update...So thankful I gave this company my hard earned money.

Given the huge delay you had in getting your wallets out you would think you could get a decent app running. Nope. Barely connects. Constantly notifying me of its connection status and killing my phone and watch battery. I was really looking forward to your product. I am highly disappointed.

And you did it registered mail? I had to go to the post office. I waited over a year and had to waste my time to go to the post office for this? Seriously?

Bought the keyring and wallet. Wallet connected first time but kept dropping the connection so when you try to find the wallet it cannot detect the wallet doh. The keyring just will not connect. Not sure if it's the quality of the product or the failings of bluetooth that makes this so bad

Worst app ever, don't waist your time until these guys figure out the bugs.

My note 5 will not connect to the woolet. The wireless charger doesn't not work. Customer service is a joke. I sent multiple emails and I have not got any replys. I had to wait over 4 months for this. Everyone is having the same issues.

Like others said hot-cold system, battery drainer, disconnects multiple times and not the barking sound the video showed it to be at least it looks nice

Just got my kickstarter woolet. Nothing works

Battery killer. I was able to have the devices connect, but the app continuously tries to find the wallet and alert you - and it uses GPS it seems. Essentially kills the phone in an hour. Useless.

Has trouble detecting wallet and either warns when it's nearby or does nothing when far away. Whole thing was a waste of money.

It does not indicate distance, the proximity alarm is inconsistent. There are a lot of times that it notifies me that my Woolet is lost but it is in my pocket. I regret backing this up in Kickstarter.

I am one of the early bird with black woolet. Tried the pairing and doesn't work. Please advise.
