① 세탁의 모든 과정을 워시온 앱에서 확인하실 수 있습니다. 방문할 서비스매니저의 얼굴을 확인하고 메시지를 남길 수 있으며, 이제 맡기신 세탁물 내역과 가격을 따로 메모하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

② 내가 예약한 시간에 워시온을 만나보세요. 모든 서비스매니저는 세탁지식과 서비스 교육을 수료하였으며 워시온이 신원을 보증합니다.

③ 맡겨주신 옷은 워시온 직영 세탁 공장에서 세탁 전문가가 직접 세탁합니다. 만약 세탁물의 손상/분실이 발생한 경우에도 워시온이 책임지고 보상합니다.
