Says no data connection... I wonder how I'm posting this?!

This app takes forever to load pages, it also crashes every time I try to upload a photo review.

First time I've used this app, so much quicker than the website. Very happy :)

Reports no internet connection. Very poor

Basically you have a wrapper around the website so just as easy to open browser and view website in desktop mode. As a web developer this wrapper would be called an iframe. I would be ashamed as a web developer to bring an app out in this condition and state, if your going to to a job do it properly in the beginning and pay a good developer to do a good job, the more nicer, easier, attractive the app looks the better for the company you have to spend money to earn money. Also make it landscape and portrait mode compatible. I use Rotate from market as use it mostly in landscape mode and it looks even worse of course and the icons are all stretched. This app needs a major upgrade, in fact, start from scratch and redo the entire app.

You can now view your account status, look at past orders, look at rewards etc.

Looks and performs much better on iOS sadly. Android version only supports one resolution. App looks horribly stretched on my Nexus 7 but a bit better on my Galaxy Nexus. Keep at it guys. I want to rate this higher!

Rarely works - the timer just goes round and round and round, never actually loading a page

On sony z3 compact when click on SPECIAL OFFERS FOR CATS shows dogs offers. Been a year now, not fixed still!!

Kept crashing and removing everything from my basket..

wont allow payment. after days of waiting for an order i get an email saying order was not processed so i have to go buy emergency pet food that is not the one they are used to. wont be using again. uninstalled.

After several attempts I have given up as this app crashes repeatedly and empties the shopping basket. Very frustrating.

Won't let me login and I know detail are right but says email not registered but it clearly is as registered on laptop

This app stays open for 3 mins then crashes. Tried restarting the phone, clearing the cache and reinstalling but no luck

Used to love this app before the updates,now like the other reviewer has said it keeps crashing and then emptying the basket. I have given up after four attempts. However, overall it would be good if this could be fixed.

What is going on with the latest version and mobile site? Its losing basket items, the return to shop has vanished, retain basket doesn't work. I've spent 20mins and 3 attempts to reorder and have given up. Nirmally so quick and easy. Review needed please!

I only shop here for my 11 cats, but the app is awful. Doesn't respond well, jumps around, horrible to navigate. Always backtracking, uninstalling and sticking to computer for this.

Found it easy to use & order

Buggiest shopping app I've ever used. Insanely difficult to go back pages or go back to the main screen. Needs some work I'm afraid.

Has all the content of the website in an easy to use format app. I for one love it! It stores your details just as the main site even though it is a lighter format, it is quick and easier to navigate

Its a wrapper around a web site which is lazy. Looks awful and stretched. The whole point of the app is to buy things which is actually impossible as the "place order" button does nothing at all.

I like Zooplus but not this app. Doesn't follow the Android design guidelines, buttons look stretched and has limited features.

Great web site, great app! Would be good if you could amend the delivery address when ordering.
