Had this setup by company IT. Now using it seems no way to change ring tone or vibration settings. Just plays very quiet jazz and i keep missing calls. Apparently iPhone version has setup menu. Also can't deactivate it. It is always on and has irritating notification icon that won't go away. Potential is great but poor usability.

The app is great. It works very well, as I have come to expect from Voipfone. My only issue is that I have to restart my device to shut the app down. Where's the menu?

I had to uninstall this. It screwed up my home asterisk setup and stopped incoming calls. I had to contact support to find out how to do this. Basically, I had to reset the app to remove the account. This is done via the Settings menu in the app. As other reviewers have mentioned - there seems to be no settings in the android app. Well ... There is. If you click on the icons at the top and then click on the blank space to the right of the Contacts icon, you'll get a drop down menu with extra settings for the context. So, to access the main settings (including changing the ringtone) click on the 'keypad' icon and then on the blank space! Obviously this app needs a lot of work - shame, as the call quality seemed to be excellent.

App is great making a call is great as long the duration of the call does not exceed the screen time out - if it does the call is disconnected without warning. Will gladly give it more stars - if this is fixed.

Works ok but uses its own separate call log which is annoying if you want to return a call on your mobile.

Incoming calls never miss. Unheard of before on a mobile sip app. I find I'm using the app more than ordinary phones it's more convenient.

Since they started killing off native SIP integration in new versions of android I've tried many SIP clients on the google market and this one seems to be the best. Finally a SIP client that does not disconnect every so often and overcomes network conditions by using push notifications instead. Result no (or few) missed calls. If you do happen to miss a call you at least get an instant notification. Brilliant! Sound quality excellent like it should be.
