Silent Mode Timer Free

I have been using this app at least once a day for the past three years and it has been brilliant. Sadly since upgrading to android 6.0.1 the app no longer returns phone to normal after a silent mode. Have to now use another app, very sad. This was by far the best app out there.

Handy app with a couple of fatal flaws. Have an HTC One m8. First, it sometimes turns off way early. Have had this happen many times in meetings and even worse, in movies. I set the timer for 2 or 3 hours but it restores the sound in 5 or 10 minutes. So in the movie, my phone starts making noises. I did check the end time so it isn't that I'm setting it incorrectly. Seems to be random because sometimes it works perfectly. The other fatal flaw is if you're on the phone when it restores the sound, it hangs up the phone. This happened yesterday when I had been holding for a while. I had to call back and hold all over again. Maddening.

I've been using the app for years. I really like the widget and keep it on my home screen so I can quickly mute my phone at a movie or in a meeting and I don't have to remember to unmute later. I ran into some problems yesterday evening with the widget and hit the feedback button in the app which sent an email to sop support. I woke up this morning to a human response to my email! Well, after I had sent the email, I had reinstalled the app which cleared up my problem, but such a quick response is amazing

The app does what it says. Easy to use too. It doesn't shut down well. I get 2 errors every time I close the app. I contacted support twice but no response. If you can deal with errors, then try the app.

It has certainly been one of those apps that is used daily. It was a little confusing at first. It's practical.

Can't be bothered for the next hour and 43 minutes. Just set it up for 1hr 43m. No need to fiddle with time calculations to find out what time is going to be 1hr and 43 mins from now. Kudos to the developer. :)

A good way to not miss calls after silencing your phone for a movie or a lecture. It does its job, but the 12hr time format setting doesn't work.

I tried so many apps for auto silent on/off.. This was the only perfect app.. Please add more widgets (bigger) and lil' bit improvements in UI.. The functionality is 100% perfect.. Thank u..

I used to set my phone to mute during church then forget to turn on notifications sometimes as late as Monday afternoon, missing lots of calls. Ugh! This app sets me up for renewed communication

Helpfull for all persons who are going to school, college, meeting.but the user interface is not so good .

It is well implemented and works well but the interface is a bit cumbersome and I find the time setting buttons too sensitive so it takes a while to set the times. it could have been more easy to use.

Perfect. Just what I needed. I was always forgetting to un-silent. Simple and does what it says. Handy widget.

Nice app, does what its supposed to do... the best of its type, and the widget is handy.

It is probably the best of its kind now that the dev updated it. Full functionality and does more than all the competitors.

The timezone issues are now fixed. Sorry for the problems. Just haven't had any time to fix until now. Old style +/-15 buttons available in options.

The UI is a little confusing. I just want a simple app that shuts off my ringer for a set time. I don't need a lot of features.

This app has just about everything I am looking for. I would gladly buy it if it just had a scheduling mode to auto start/stop. But best interface I've seen. But schedule is a deal breaker.

Thank you so much for this app. I used to constantly forget to take my phone off silent mode. Now I don't have to worry about it. I go into a meeting or a film and set the timer, and when its done my phone goes back to normal mode. Woohoo!

This app does what it says, however the blue and yellow aren't the best color scheme in my opinion. I wish they had a widget, too.
