I love this app and if you put the effort in and really push yourself you will see results. Combine this workout with the weights for women app and you will see brilliant results in toneness and muscle definition. I always feel fantastic mentally and physically afterwards. It's easy to use and Chloe is a good role model for having a healthy attitude to body image.

I thought there would be more exercises. Only a few repeated for different areas of the body. I hope they add more so you can mix it up. A bit disappointed. I probably could have found these online for free and timed myself....

Great idea but just not executed right. Could be so much better. Same exercises each time (instead maybe could be different each week), having to reset timer after 5 mins yourself (instead of just running for the 15 min length needed) and no way of recording or planning what you've done. Your just paying for a 5 min timer

Whether you're a beginner at HIIT or been doing it a while, Chloe's app lets you switch it up to separate workouts for a full body workout or focus on one area for however long you want, just replay the workout. Definitely the best workout app I've downloaded, get the music channels on & it flys by!

Great app with hard workouts even though they look easy. Only improvement would be if the 5 minute clock started over again automatically after the minute break as I had to go out and then press start workout again to do the next set
