So order a taxi there's 5 of us. Tell the app where we are where we are going to. Say that we need a vehicle for 5 app says cost is £12. It turns up we get to where we are going and the driver says £18. Eh? App said £12 so it's now 50% more than the original quote. Not even close. Pathetic, bait and switch exercise. Will think twice next time. Uninstalling.

What is the point in this app?? You book a taxi in advance and they don't allocate your taxi until a few minutes before your trip. So booking 45 minutes in advance to make sure you get a taxi to get to work on times absolutely pointless. The waiting time shown is 10-15 minutes but then your taxi doesn't show up until 8.10. This has happened 5-6 times to me now so uninstalling this app and will use another company, I'm not wasting my time anymore and being late for work all the time when this company can't keep to simple booking times

Was checking in the app was driving around my street havent managed to check on nav where it is in the end cancelled booking when was nearby what a stupid guy!!! So disapointed. Guy on the phone listened my complaint but haven't even apoligized..

Easy to use app for ordering taxis in Newport, south Wales. Uber like UI is easy to navigate. Prices always representative of final bill. Emailed receipts and removes need for cash. Great stuff.

I downloaded this thinking I might need I book a taxi when visiting family. Entered card details for ease of booking. I never ordered a cab but have been charged £1.01 which I assume is to verify the card but unlike any other companies they have actually deducted it from my account, will now have to chase with the bank.

A shame the app doesnt allow feedback so the only way to provide it is here. Times quoted are very ambitious. Only used it once but rubbish service has convinced me that calling a taxi company that will dispatch a driver on time is better than using an app for a company that doesn't show up when they say
