Resort info is good and piste and resort maps are useful. Tracker looks great but just doesn't work. It barely tracks anything at all. Either invest in sorting it out or just can the failure. There​ is good stuff on this app but the tracker is just a false promise, as is the where are my friends function, which is usually days out of date

App will not run at first attempt but works okay the second time. Has some good features especially the resort info. Could not get the ski tracking option to work. Worth installing for your skiing holiday. Just needs a few problems fixing. I might add these problems were also present on another phone in our group.

Although there are some good bits on this app, the main thing I wanted was an accurate Snow report. What a joke. It said 90cm high and 40cm low. The low I could see the grass in big patches. It was more like 4mm and it was very slushy at the bottom. Don't believe the piste conditions

Don't believe what it says on the snow forecast... it lies!!! It hasn't snowed where I am even though each day it forecasts 8cm+ every day... rubbish app!

Download ticket raises a "no pdf apps installed" error, despite having 2 separate readers installed, and being able to open pdfs in both. Completely pointless if the ticket functionality isn't there.

The ski tracking only recorded bits of the run. It was very erratic on my android and partners iPhone.

I like being able to stay in touch with what's happening in my chosen ski resort before I get there, tracker works well, good fun trying to beat each others too speed! Weather reports seem to be accurate, messaging system is a great idea, being able to see updates and what's going on from the Reps, all good stuff

Great app. Lots of information. Snow reports. You can track your runs. Info about shops bars restaurants etc in the area. The only reason I give it 4* is because it crashes every time I open it but when I reopen it it works fine.

Tried to use this in Cervinia & Zermatt. Tracker useless and find my friends similarly hopeless. Great idea but poorly executed. Back to Ski Tracks for me.

Crashes regularly. Snow reports are nonsense. Once saved ski tracking doesn't show all the info (eg top speed). Touch controls need pressed several times before it registers the action.

The ticket information PDF download does not work. But if you do it through the website it works. What's the point of his app if does not do the essential part...

Provides booking information, but nothing else that's useful. Weather forecast is completely inaccurate, lift status is not up to date, snow report is never changed.

4 attempts to downlosd. Find friends useless most of our group were 1000 km away. Those that it did show did not update. The entire ski group had the same issues.

Mostly OK, but the ski tracker says have covered no distance all day. In fact have been skiing for about 6 hours, and my last run was 5km. A couple of times it reported a poor GPS signal, even though I was standing in a wide open space.

All the snow reports are wrong and i am currently in resort and it has snowed heavy today and the app say 0cm. And the ski track well what a waste of time.

I have used this app without any issues but suddenly it has changed all of my saved distances to much lower distances without I explanation - was good now not so as info saved is I accurate. Perhaps it needs a fix!

Weather and ski tracker are not accurate. Not bad for a free app.

Can't download ticket constantly said "No PDF reader installed" (when there are 2 readers installed!) - useless.

Great app, but the PDF files do not open even though I have a PDF reader. Great for checking current weather conditions and recommend routes.

Not very accurate and when save at end of day loses half the ski data

Unreliable in ski tracking and weather information and find friends.

Really enjoying the app but it keeps crashing which is so annoying

Can't download​ flight ticket because i don't have a PDF reader. But i have Google and Adobe PDF readers installed

Very useful app. Great for snow report and piste map. All you need to know about the resort.

Helpful app but could have done with being able to download travel documents.

Groyp of skiers use it a lot for tips and info

Handy little app, piste maps and suggested routes easy to follow.

Really useful to see where you are and I like the tracking.

Hopeless

All seemed to work perfectly. At the end of the ski day I pressed "stop" and "save". However I can't find a record of my day anywhere! Then I notice (in notifications) that the app is still running. I click on said notification and it returns me to the screen recording the day (it had been recording in the background). I try clicking"stop" and "save" again but the same thing happens! Please get this fixed - would then give 5*.

The app looks lovely and has some nice parts but I didn't use it much. Suggested itineraries was a good feature. Snow report behaved strangely. The app would benefit from more info about hotel- such as check-out times and pick-up info for transfer to the airport.

Android: wont display or download my tickets or lounge access voucher. On the extras page it does not show baggage or seats or loung access. IPhone: does show all the things missing from android. But the resort map does not show all the roads or the ski lifts! Good job i have both phones available! Naff app!

The concept to put all your holiday info in one place is a good one, but it does not show you prices paid or work very well. The weather app is appalling for instance 13 jan no snow (it snowed for 24 hours 60cm). The tracking is very bad and inaccurate. One day when i did not leave the hotel to app says i skied 4km. Finally the app could be used to communicate common info like your transfer coach time of departure rather than allowing the unseen and unreliable reps to do this but the app does not offerthis

Basic tracker. The Kitzsteinhorn Piste map is 2 years out of date. The history does not record maximum speed. There are better apps.
