Struggled to make my order online - so decided to try app. Still difficult but was abke to put correct discount code. But wouldnt give me my entitled free postage and tried to contact customer services 5 times thoughout the day.

Some of the filters could be improved, especially when you're looking for the products you want on the Just Landed page (e.g. male, coats). Plus, the wish list comes up blank even though the heart symbol is red on the products you've added to it.

Very Nice performed app

No option in search to refine category eg trousers, jackers. Slow to load. Will uninstall.

Doesn't ket you apply basic refine filters such as size cost etc. Less functional and convenient to use than standard internet site; so what's the point? There is none.

Flaky app - couldn't load the products then froze my phone (S5 neo). Mobile website is just as bad.

The app kept crashing i tried several times to checkout and it kept stopping. I would not recommend this it.

Great app but shuts down occasionally on my s6 edge otherwise would be 5☆

Easier to use than the website on a mobile. Had two problems : it forgot two of the four things I added to the wishlist. Half way through ordering I had to find the delivery address and switched to address book. When I came back everything I had already entered had gone. Annoying and I considered forgetting about the order. Minor niggles really, great app otherwise.

Tabs like the size guide and the menu are all really helpful and quick. App is generally really quick and is better than using website.

Much easier than using the website from a phone. Only recommendation would be a review tab.
