Appears to work OK, but why do you need access to my photos and media files!!! Unecessary and intrusive.....!!! I upgraded the Aviva App as it could not get my details, but now it wont connect at all..... Useless!!!

This app just make it difficult to track the return of your investments and pension funds.

Took ages to load then said my pension was unavailable and go on the website. The idea is not to have to go on there

Fingerprint login does not work on my device.

Seems to work fine to view my pension. Would be even better with an integration to Starling Bank and Monzo. With perhaps some predictions as to the retirement value.

Bit old and out dated on the apps design needs to be improved to impress customers I believe.

What's happened Aviva? The App's functionality has totally gone. Issues started last month when I couldn't access policy details directly so was forced to use internet links. Tonight I'm not even able to login as the App says I need to be connected to the internet - but everything else is working fine. Time to sort it once and for all.

I used this app to view my pension policy regularly, and for a several months it worked fine (apart from offer crashing on first open) but for the last few weeks it's been telling me my policy is unavailable (apart from one solitary time yesterday). So overall, it's pretty useless to me now, it's just taking up space on my phone. When I reported this issue I was told it was a known problem, and since it's been a number of weeks now there doesn't appear to be any great urgency to fix it. I'll give them a couple of weeks more, and then it will be assigned to the app graveyard.

Used to be very useful. Now fails to open even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Completely useless now.

What's wrong with the app?? All of a sudden all I keep getting is "can't access without internet" yet I have internet as I'm using WiFi... sort it out Aviva as I can't access my car insurance

Lost faith in this app as it won't even load now. Dissapointed.

This app was indispensable however it now fails to show me any fund information so it is useless.

Keeps saying unfortunately app has stopped working . So removed from phone

Logged in it says nothing to show I got no policy which I got pension policy . Reason I had to redownload this app cuz of letter I got from Aviva n says paperless pension statement you will no longer receive annual statement . Go to app n unlock your policies . It's total rubbish what now I have to call number which get lot charge for it.?

Doesn't list all of my AVIVA products but I can see everything when logged into the website. Considering immediate uninstall

The app recorded my journeys up to 50 miles, the ditched me, reported to Aviva,,was told to reload the app, similar thing happened.

After going through setting up a new password, pin on this app it said "having problems, please log back in later" so have deleted it. Sorry Aviva

Bad, bad, bad don't waste your time, insurance quote was ridiculously high even though i scored 9.6 out of 10 received the 28% discount. I have no previous claims/claims against me. 13 years of driving Horrible marketing app, really manipulative. Jokers!

Update has improved the app making it much easier to use. I check my pension value regularly so it's great to be able to do that so quickly through the app.

This would have got five five stars if it didn't keep kicking me out every five minutes, it took me about six attempts to renew and amend my policy. Time out should only work if inactive, not halfway through credit card transactions!

Not only does it like to time out right when you entering your cats mother maiden name but when you flick between apps it doesnt show so you have to then find the app and of your away too long you will have to start again. I emailed them through the app never got a reply, so for a second time ive tryed but who knows?

Basically it would be OK if it could be logged into reliably which it often can't and if it didn't chuck you out in the middle of a quote, maybe you don't want my business Aviva? One has to wonder! From other reviews on here it would seem that the app always behaves this way, get it sorted Aviva you surely have the resources to get it rebuilt properly.

Keeps timing out every time you try to do something important. Removing because you can't use it propperly

I downloaded this app 2 days ago and I thinking about to uninstall. I can't log in. Always show me problem to log in, try later.. Fix it please. Thanks

Disappointing that I cannot view my GY pension on the app anymore.

Can not log in as it says it's unable to fetch my details. Works perfectly fine on PC. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge/Android 7.0 Nougat.

Doesn't even recognise usernames or valid email addresses
