Called taxi firm told will be charged £10.50 to go to Birmingham airport at 5am when traffic very quiet. Charged £13.00 because guy wanted £2.00 for parking even though clearly said £1.00 on the board. They need proper professional drivers not rip off sales men. Sent complaint not heard anything for 3 weeks and counting. Removing app now.

Dont use..... booked 2hrs ago. Nothing changed on app. Showed not dispatched. Rang office to be told no cars in area and waiting for someone to be in the area and dont know when it would be. Is that not what a taxi service is for.... rang another outside in 5 mins. Waste of time.

A decent app but it's let down by some rubbish drivers. Usually I receive a great service from A2B but lately it's been abysmal and I've ended up cancelling my last few bookings due to ridiculous delays. Very hit and miss of late but worth trying out.

a friend booked a taxi and when it didn't turn up she was give a fible excuse that the driver had gone to a place of worship for praying and will be delayed by 1 hour.

It's supposed to help me pay by credit card without the 10% surcharge but it didn't work because I was supposed to have activated something that doesn't exist on my version of the app. Not impressed.

Awful. Tried to register about 25 times claims I've got no connection despite sending me the confirmation code every time. Ridiculous App. Uninstalled.

Im not from the area where this company is based but used them to go to a friends house as I happened to be in the Kings Heath area at the time. The driver was 15min late and his driving wasnt safe people were beeping horns and swearing at him from their car windows. I would say the fair was average price for the distance traveled. Would I use again. Proberly not.

Absolutely awful app. Ut cant tell uoh an avchrags rime of the car picking tou up. And the drivers are rude

Started using the app again recently but when I booked a car 24 hours in advance, it didn't turn up on time. When I queried by phone I was told that despite booking in advance, if they're busy, you still have to wait!

An excellent service always

When ever you pre book a taxi with this firm they NEVER arrive on the booked time, it's always up to 1 hour after the pre booked time. Thanks again for making me late for my interview when I arrived they refused to see me. Will NEVER use you again. Avoid at all costs if you use this taxi to arrive somewhere important on time. Why offer a pre booking service when they don't arrive on time and call staff make nothing but daft excuses as to why these pre booked cars are ALWAYS late !!!!!

I was informed yesterday by the driver that if I book the taxi I have to let them know it's a wait and return. That means I have to phone up to get this service. You say "jump the queue" by downloading the app and booking through it, yet you have made no provision for wait and return on the app. You need to add this to your app so that people like me can tick the yes box for wait and return, or the no box if it's not required then that way everybody knows where they stand. So come on get this sorted out.

App claims there is no network connection even though wifi+4g+phone connections are in place. Is it that hard to send confirmation code via provided email?

Also much more reliable than when calling to book

Bookings are easy to make and it remembers your most used addresses.

Can't register just says unable to register do you have network signal. Used to work well tried to uninstall and reinstall no joy.

Great app have been using a2b for years and this just tops it off nicely don.t use uber never will as long as drivers of all firms stay loyal and stop chasing £££s first class

As far as I can see, you can't set a destination in the new app. If I'm going to a train station or airport then I want a2b to know so they can make sure I get there on time. Worse than this, it updates your booking time adding the expected delay for the taxi to come! For example, I try book a taxi for 7:45, app says there is a 25 minute delay, and so books taxi for 8:10. A2B don't start looking for a taxi for me till 8:10, which then takes ages! Use the app if you want to double the delays!

The app is a revelation. No more surly telephone calls trying to book a cab that never turns up.

Registered entered code went to my address Crashed. Tried same process Crashed again! Waste of time
