I do appreciate minimalist design but I like detailed information. I see no advantage to me at all in crowdsourcing weather. I often resent apps that are designed to talk to me as if it's my buddy. I don't need a pal. I need to know if I ought to expect changes in air pressure or what time the sun will rise. The app looks somewhat sharp. I grant that there are weather apps that do require a bit of effort to crawl along the learning curve but there are so many ways of displaying simple weather info already.

Explore mode let's me see the weather where I am headed, whether across the city or the continent. Love that my input (reports and phone barometer) improve hyper local weather reports. And the quirky weather related tips are fun. Fun to see the weather coming in as Sunshiners west of me report. Download this app because the more users the better the reports. Fun!

It's a pretty app but seems to forgo the Android design guidelines, I suspect that's due to it coming from iOS. I also don't know what this app does for me. I know how to use it I think but I don't know why I would use this over any other weather app... It doesn't have a forecast on the traditional sense and the few words it tells me about the day feel shallow and not informative. I don't need to make the weather fun and social I just want to know the warnings and what's coming my way. Edit: I should point out that my 3/5 stars is based on the value this app offers me, not that there are any technical issues with it. The developer responded and said that I train the app, but what am I training the app to do? It's the weather, it doesn't change based on my whims and desires and preferences, it just is.

App looks good and a great idea, but unfortunately crashes on my Blu Life phone. Also doesn't save my name or upload my profile picture correctly (looks all black). Looking forward to these bugs being squashed.

How many times has your weather app told you it was raining when it wasn't? Now I can report on my local weather! The interface is beautiful, clean and easy to use. I like the daily report so I can prepare for the day and I enjoy the personal touch that can be added to this app.

I downloaded a weather app not a pet rock. I don't need it to tell me I'm awesome, I already know that; I need it to tell me that it's going to rain, how much and for how long, and be windy and exact temp, not "you will feel warm and overcome with moisture".. If you like that and don't care about hour by hour forecasts, radar maps, multi day weather then this app is for you. If you need detailed weather at your fingertips, move on.

It's chewing through my battery like there's no tomorrow. Only the Google app and Facebook take more. Needs work.
