About No More Voicemail

**As seen on TechCrunch, Gizmodo & Time** No More Voicemail helps you stop your voicemail box from becoming full, and from needing to check or return messages ever again. Rather than your calls eventually going to voicemail, No More Voicemail makes your phone calls ring forever. This is done by using your conditional call forwarding, available from the major carriers (if you are not on a prepaid plan).

++IMPORTANT: If you are on a PREPAID plan with your carrier, you will NOT have the necessary feature and No More Voicemail WILL NOT work on these plans, unfortunately.++

Supported by the following major US carriers:
» AT&T
» Verizon
» T-Mobile
» Sprint
» US Cellular

INTERNATIONAL USERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. ARE NOT SUPPORTED AT THIS TIME.

This simple app helps get the modern day message across that people should just text you if it's important.

No one likes voicemail in 2015, but carriers don't have a simple way for you to turn their system off and replicate this concept. The app helps you get setup and ensures you have a fast way to deactivate and restore your voicemail.

Voicemail for millennials. From the innovative telephony developers behind TapeACall, TrapCall and SpoofCard. We will be working to update the app every couple weeks, so stay turned for updates and improvements.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What if setup doesn't work?
Test your activation by calling your number from a different phone. If you reach your voicemail you are not setup properly. Try again by carefully following the steps described in the app. Make sure you call the activation number exactly as it is shown including all special characters (# and/or *). If that does not work try the following carrier-specific troubleshooting steps:

T-Mobile Users: Make sure your wifi is turned off, that you have cell service, and follow the activation steps again.

MetroPCS Users: Call MetroPCS at 888-863-8768 and ask the customer representative to enable the Value Bundle on your account (fees may apply). You can also do this yourself at www.metropcs.com

Verizon Users: Try calling both *906463439429 and *926463439429 instead of the *71 activation code in the app. Call these two numbers separately.

How do I disable No More Voicemail?
IMPORTANT: You must deactivate No More Voicemail to restore your voicemail. Deleting the app alone WILL NOT disable the service. To deactivate your service, enter and call the following number specific to YOUR carrier. Make sure all special characters (# and/or *) are included when you place the call:

AT&T - ##004#
Verizon - *73 -- If this does not work try calling *900 then *920
T-Mobile - ##004#
Sprint - *730
U.S. Cellular - *920
When you place this call you will either see an on-screen success message, or hear a short beep and the call will be disconnected. Your voicemail has now been restored.

Definitely not working on AT&T using unlocked Samsung S7. It fills out the 3 conditional call forwarding fields. Calls unanswered immediately go to AT&T voice-mail. Calls rejected "hiccup" and sound like they will ring forever, but after a couple of those rings AT&T voice-mail picks up.

I can't understand why this app doesn't have a higher rating. I love it. Most call blockers don't have "no voicemail' option, so this app solves that problem flawlessly. I'd give it 6 stars if that was available. All these people saying it doesn't work must be idiots who can't follow simple setup directions.

K70%
by K####:

Help please. Get invalid number error during step 1 of setup. I use straight talk prepaid service, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. Any advice? P.s. gave 4 stars because you seem very proactive to help.

I have a Galaxy S6 with US Cellular. The 'no more voicemail' function worked as expected. Soon thereafter I needed to reactivate my voicemail and got it back by using a star/number combination. I don't know what some of you people's problems are and some might be legit but some of you should be ashamed of yourself for ripping into the developers for your ignorance AND being rude!!! 5 STAR APP ALL THE WAY!

Q70%
by Q####:

I absolutely love this app! Weirdo family members are no longer allowed to leave messages and if it's someone I know, I'll call them back. Just wish there was an identical one for text messags.

L70%
by L####:

Very good. (Minor bug report) Suceeds in blocking and caller gets several rings. Minor bug. After i reject a call, if the caller allows the phone to keep ringing, i get another call from.them after n rings (sorry i didnt count n but it was 10 or more). If i reject again it keeps ringing another handful of times (m) and then stops ringing on both ends. Phone: samsung galaxy s6 active Verizon Android Caller was from google hangouts (free call) July 24th 2017

This app worked great for me. Simply add the number to the blocklist and whenever they call, it will just continuously ring for them. You never realise they called.

D70%
by D####:

I cannot get the initial setup call to go through. I'm sure I would love this app if I could use it. Any suggestions?

D70%
by D####:

Does EXACTLY what it's supposed to do. Thank you!! You stopped my already blocked numbers from being able to harass me through voicemail. The. Best. App.

C70%

It doesn't delete my voice mails at all. I lost my password and now I can't do anything. If any of you guys are looking at this to download it, don't get it. It's a waste of time.

It is supposed to call a numbervto give u a code but It calls a number that is not in service

D70%
by D####:

You can't turn this off!!! Once you download it you're stuck with it!! I realized how much of a bad idea this endless ringing is once I messed several calls from people getting back to me about jobs and now the ringing won't stop. I can't reverse it.

D70%
by D####:

I've been on these guys for years (since trapcall) to add Google Voice option, but they don't seem to want to do this. I man all that is needed an option to forward verification call from Google Voice and get Google to add the number to it forward calls.

D70%
by D####:

This didn't work. The number it called said it was an incorrect number and please try again. Then it hung up the call but sent it to voice mail

Y70%
by Y####:

Can't enable It won't let me enable the service. It dials the activation number and I hear "the number or code you gave dialed is incorrect."

D70%
by D####:

Does not support MetroPCS, the only carrier (maybe another as well) that blatantly prevents disabling of voicemail by other means.

K70%
by K####:

Yeah this app didn't work I pressed the setup button and it says invalid number so I uninstalled it

T70%
by T####:

I have followed the instructions, the button to dial up the disconnect works. When I try to hit the button below to confirm... nothing. Bad app, you should be ashamed.

T70%
by T####:

It worked while I wanted it to, but it will not let me deactivate it no matter what I try. I need this off my phone. Uninstalling didn't work either. EDIT: Obviously I know that. Uninstalling was a last resort. The deactivation code process doesn't work. It just tries to dial 'null'.

I used this app for about 3 weeks and it worked great (I hate voicemail). Then 4 days ago I went through the setup procedure, as I had many times in the past. However, now when I hear my ring tone & receive the message it was registered, when I go back to the final step the bar u r supposed to tap to finalize the setup the bar is grayed out & can't get rid of voicemail. Oh, and by the way don't thy to use the phone # for a cust. rep. ALL they want u 2 do is get u to purchase there phone service.

Running it on a Samsung Galaxy S4 for about 2 months now, works great. No issues with draining the battery. I hate voicemail, so I absolutely LOVE this app!

Still got a voicemail notification afterwards. I finally restored my voicemail by dialing *73. Then I called Selecttel wireless [which uses verizon towers and cdma phones] and they removed it. They said I can just call if I need to restore it again. I have a Note 2 Galaxy. **UPDATE Sorry i didn't read the instructions which said it won't work for prepaid phones.**

I too can't get it to set up with the 6855 number. Per an earlier response I sent an email to support@nomorevoicemail.co. On March 29. It's now mid june and I've had zero reply. Great idea if it works but I wouldn't waste my time expecting customer support.

This app does exactly what it says it will do. I've read several reviews that rated this app poorly and/or left bad reviews and I believe they are unfair to the developer. The root cause behind a lot of the problems people had is their technological illiteracy; Consumers have no idea how any of the stuff they use in their everyday lives work. I'm providing the steps below to enable/disable the voicemail (using this app) on a Samsung S4 with Verizon as a carrier. These steps should work for most phones/carriers. To Disable Voicemail (Callers will not reach your voicemail): 1) Install App 2) Follow prompt to enable the feature that disables your voicemail 3) Test that it worked by calling your phone from another phone. Try letting it ring and try rejecting a call - both scenarios should result in the caller hearing endless ringing. To Enable Voicemail (Callers can now reach your voicemail): 1) Dial *73. 2) Press call. 3) Confirm that the voicemail prompt works. That's it! If it doesn't work, try again and if still doesn't work then reach out to the developer support.

This was so easy to set up and now I don't need to hear from anyone that doesn't know that they need to text me instead of calling.

My carrier could not or would not turn off my voicemail nor was I able to turn it off on my handset or through the voicemail set-up dialogue. "No more voicemail" Did the trick. Thank you. I'm very happy to get this done.

C70%

I tried setup on my phone, but the number it calls is disco'd and setup never completes. 6855? I don't even know. Maybe Verizon would prefer I not forward my voice mail to an endless ring.

C70%
by C####:

I hate voicemail,I'll always call u back before I hear the message... oh and some carriers may have conditional call forwarding issues so if the codes don't work, ask your carrier and see if you have Conditional Call Forwarding on your plan.. prepaids normally wont!

C70%
by C####:

I had no issue getting it to work, but now that I need it disabled (got into a serious car accident and I keep missing insurance calls and they can't leave a voicemail) I can't get that to work! It's very rare, but important, for me to want people to be able to leave a voicemail. When it makes the phone call to disable it calls 6055 which obviously doesn't go through and goes to an automated Verizon wireless call telling me the call could not be completed and hangs up, and it continues to forward my calls.

C70%
by C####:

Giving 3 stars untill it works with my phone/carrier. Running a galaxy S4 on Verizon and when I call a man's voice requests me to enter a proper area code.

M70%
by M####:

It works almost as advertised. Instead of blocking the rejected calls, it rejects ALL calls whether I reject the call or not. So if a family member calls and I miss the call, it will keep ringing as if I have no voicemail. Will switch this to 5 stars if the issue is fixed.

C70%
by C####:

The app works great, although I am not receiving calls at all, the other line will ring forever and I wont have any note of it. Im running on a Samsung Galaxy S4 with US cellular.

C70%
by C####:

Not sure why everyone else has a tough time with this. I followed the directions and it worked perfectly the first time! Nexus 6 on Verizon.

C70%
by C####:

Followed the instructions but phone says calling "NULL" and I get an error recording saying check number & try again. Uninstalled.
