SurveyCow - Lockscreen Rewards

I keep updating this app but still having issues with it.. Not working correctly.!! I keep having to uninstall it & re-installing it but a pop up keeps showing saying that I've logged in on different devices. No I have not.!! I've been using the same one.!! I had to do a factory reset on my phone.!! So I had to log in again.!! I have a LG Android 6.0 from Boost mobile..!! I can't log in.!! Hello support why don't you answer my emails I sent you.!!!

Tried to register using my Google account but just get a message saying 'Invalid Country, enable GPS', I am in the UK, put my location on and guess what Google maps is working fine. Updated: have now used for a couple of months on my Samsung Galaxy (originally tried to install on another phone) and the app works great. I think this is more of a question cow than an actual survey but hey, I'm happy to answer the (sometimes odd) questions and get paid money to my paypal :)

Update: still no change. I qualified for one single survey since my post and never received points after it told me I completed it. That was the last straw. Uninstalling. It was ok...at first. I got some surveys early on but then it quit giving me credit for the one point questions and suddenly "you are not eligible for daily bonus" I get that surveys are gears toward certain demographics. I'm good with that. But why both answer the same pointless question to open my phone when I don't even get credit. Waiting on and update to fix the problem. If not, uninstall

Left phone off all last night. A mistake. No points update in AM. Understandable. Then today, I was able to do a few one point surveys. Then later on, I could not log in at all with my google account. To get help, you have to get into the app and send a message. However, I cannot log into the account. So now what?

I had requested my money back in late December and didn't get paid till now. However, with the holidays, they were backed up. I did get paid today. All in all, they are a good company and you do get paid!!! I recommend if you don't mind answering questions to unlock your phone.

I actually like taking surveys but I don't affiliate myself with a Trump fan so that is why I do not use PayPal. I refuse to. Please add the option to receive check by mail or receive a prepaid visa card/other gift cards. Thank you. I hope you consider my thoughts. :)

Was almost ready to cash out, I still get lock screen surveys but when I open the app it takes me to the login screen. I click "log in with Google" and a pop-up shows up saying I already have an account on this device which I obviously do, so I click continue to log in with it but it just keeps taking me back to the same login screen with no actual way to log in!!! I am nervous to uninstall and retry because I don't want to lose my 14,000 points. Would really appreciate help on this matter, will rate 5 stars if it's fixed!

I love this easy sistem and great rewards. Sometimes the questions does not have the right answers or the question is too big and it does not fit the screen so you have to imagine the rest of the phrase.however it give your point like a bad psychologist "there are no wrong answers". Overall this is the good ones!

I'VE HAD THIS APP SINCE THE BEGINNING AND HAVE CASHED OUT TWICE AND AM ABOUT TO CASH OUT AGAIN FOR IVER 50000 POINTS! THEY PAY...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD...the only things that could be better...more qualifying surveys AND fewer errors that make the app stop giving you points. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT APP!!!

This thing is so convaluted and stuffed with ads you can't disable, it's useless. Worse: annoying. Uninstalling. Pro tip: install the Screenwise Trends panel on your pc and mobile devices and make loot doing nothing.

The surveys were bogus. My girlfriend would sit next to me, answer her questions exactly the same as I would or would make up answers, yet Im the one that never qualified for questions or had no surveys available.

This app has way too many ads. This app is the only app I have ever used with EXCESSIVE ADS. I deleted it after doing several surveys because the ads took up more time than the actual surveys. I highly suggest not installing this app. The ads use A LOT of data.

The survey questions are short & simple making them very quick to answer so the points build quickly. You can do longer surveys for higher bulks of points & there's no cap-off limit. There are frequent ads, but that's with all marketing/surveys. The points-to-cash exchange is direct; you're NOT earning points to then get coins to finally get cash. SurveyCow is one of the last honest reward-apps that actually pays. I'm unsure why some of the reviews here claim "non-payment," but I've never had an issue with SurveyCow. Also, I enjoy the self-reflecting questions, as well as the "bonus survey" opportunities.

You get $0.10 a day just for having the app. Does not seem like a lot but it adds up quick! The only money app that does not require coins or anything like that. And now surveys give you even more real money! No gift cards! Money straight to your Paypal account!! Love it.

Easy to use and points add up fairly quickly. Love that I can turn off the questions for a while when I have a lot going on or need a break! Plus I had an issue with logging back in and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours! Definitely recommend!

Getting an error that surveycow is not available in my country even though I'm in Canada. It works fine with my sibling's phone.

I keep track off all the apps i have. I took 2 surveys with this app and never got credit for either. I sent them in a email just for them to tell me the surveys disqualified me. I spent 10 mins on that one survey and showed me a completion the other one was 5 mins and also showed i completed. Emailed them they clearly stated they will not help so I will no longer be recomending the app on any of my groups or blogs and will be deleting as soon as i can cash out.

Cool app. However, you need to disclose that this app is LOADED with ads and video ads. Many bonus offers shown come up up as "unavailable". Often a waste of time...

Was bombarded with video ads. Didn't even make it through one survey because after EVERY question a different ad would play. Absolutely crap.

Was great until reset on my phone. Now says my account already exist. Tried clearing memory. Argh

It was good for the first few months...but then I started having issues. And when I emailed the apps creators about it, they seemed disinterested and were unhelpful. It took them 3-4 days to even respond to my issue. And now I can't even sign back in. It signed me out and I was close to making another 10 dollars. Now I can't even cash out, because I can't access the app.

Where do y'all get these questions from? I don't have a significant other

Downloaded the app and had it for five minutes, 4 adds popped up that I had no choice but to sit through before I could close them. Not worth it!
