הכל התחיל בטורקיה. משפחת כהן קנתה פרה וטיפחה אותה באהבה, על מנת שתייצר חלב להפקת גבינות. המשפחה עלתה לארץ בשנת 1904 והמשיכה לרקוח מתכונים של גבינות איכותיות, שמעבר לטעמן הנפלא, הביאו עמן את ניחוחות הבלקן. הסוד המשפחתי לייצור הגבינות עבר מאב לבן, עד שהגיע לעזרא כהן, הבעלים של המחלבה. עזרא כהן פתח את המחלבה הראשונה שלו, "מחלבת גד", ב-1980 וכיום היא הרביעית בגודלה בארץ. Gad Dairies, always special!
It all started in Turkey. The Cohen family bought a cow and nurtured her love, so that will produce milk to produce cheese. The family immigrated to Israel in 1904 and went on to concoct recipes of high-quality cheeses, beyond delicious to taste, bring with them the flavors Balkans. Cheese-making family secret passed from father to son, until he came to Ezra Cohen, owner of the dairy.
