קניון דרורים הוקם בשנת 1996 בסמוך למשרדי המועצה אזורית לב השרון, קריית החינוך וכפר הגימלאים פרוטיאה בכפר. ומשמש מאז כמרכז הבילוי והקניות ליישובים בלב השרון.
