-contains Task Management features. Create, assign, complete, reassign, delete tasks, which are crucial for teams working together.
-allows "super admin/super user" to create "branch heads" or "Groups Heads" who can manage a team of sales executives.
- You can add multiple "tags" to a lead so that you can search them easily.
Ex: HOT, WARM, COLD can be tags for leads
- You can "star" a lead. All starred leads can be found in "Starred" link at the bottom.
