Received update from shopee my parcel have been delivery! Whole day im at home no courier come no delivery parcel but update parcel delivery! Very bad! PLS GET BACK MY PARCEL!

The new version should make our work pace faster instead it jeopardize our timing by crashing/lag/stopped functioning. This affects our performance in delivering a fast and hassle-free service. The current version drains the battery fast, lags and unsystematic. Functions such as sort by, and map pins is of no help, esp when sort by distance is not in order and map pins doesnt indicate if a way point has been attempted or not. On top of all the flaws, Avg anti-virus found ninjavan app have a virus threat.

Drain too much battery. Keep kicking me out of the system and i have to log in again. Need to add more options for fail parcel such as no such person.

Keeps lagging out my phone (Samsung Galaxy note 5). I have to restart my phone at least 5 times everyday... And it drains my battery much more then the old app.

A suggestion . Application could take an image . Example , item/s placed in riser with given V.Code / Nric No. as requested by customer and any other future disputes. Image taken with item in riser and send to Operations , but it's under optional .

Unlike the older app, this newer version SUX. Map shows all in red even job is done or failed. Sort by distance doesnt stay that way. Pick up n deliver same colour. Please improve.

Pin point in map should change in color after success or fail in delivery. Making me so confuse. The old app is much better. Please do something about it.
