CAMFit ABS workout program is a execise that reflects the ACSM(American College of Sports Medicine) Fitness Trend of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Body Weight Training (body weight exercise) and Tabata method.
6 of exercises are configured for 1 set and each exercises are set up for 30 seconds.
If you tried it for first time, you can workout it for 1 set. It increases when you exercises 7 days without rest, and if you exercise continuously more than 3 weeks, the set number of exercise is set to 3.

For exact counting for your exercise :
1. If your camera is moved or shook while workout, please touch the adjust button.
2. If background color and color of your body, clothes is similar, it's hard to count your workout exactly.
3. Rapid change of light source(sunlight, Fluorescent light) makes counting fail. Please use it with stabled light sources.
4. If you excercise too fast, your body can be injured so we does not count it. Please workout slowly with exact pose.
5. The counting is exact when your body is slightly bigger than the red movement silhouette. However please do not pass by the red dots, it could harm your body.
Cautions :
1. If you use it too much time, your smart phone can be broken
2. Exercise intensity is increases with your continuos weekly workout. But if you rest more than 1 day, the set number of exercises is reset to 1. And the maximum set number of exercise is 3.
