Japan, 2025. Technology has been advancing more and more rapidly.
"Brain cyberization" that makes possible direct connections to information networks via the brain, the technology of "prosthetic bodies" that allows humans to change their body parts into cybernetical ones; in this world where such scientific advances have become common, a bombing attack threat is sent to the Japanese government.
The target is an international meeting involving dignitaries from the Republic of Kuzan. The case is entrusted to the Ministry of Home Affairs' Public Security Section 9.
Section 9's leader, the full-cyborg Motoko Kusanagi, assembles her team and heads off to trap and eliminate the terrorist.

This app lets you download and watch (in the app only) two videos, a free teaser (3:32, ~480 MB) and a paid "feature" (15:47, 1.9 GB). The player sucks (as Cardboard sucks), but the feature video is awesome - the best thing I've seen in VR so far! Japanese audio only for now, English dubbing was promised for June.

Downloaded the first video. They really shouldn't have made you use the VR to download the video, as I had sit for a while holding my phone up as to not accidentally cancel the download. Can't imagine how long people have to wait to download the second, or how hot their phones get. The app closes whenever I try to play the first video.

Saturday the app worked, but the audio was choppy. With the update it reboots my phone when I try and start one of the videos. Please fix, it was awesome.

Works and watched full video, but: phone gets hot during dl, had to put computer fan on phone. Low resolution, loss of 3d depth, only cardboard so can't use onboard gearvr sensors (how I originally viewed trailer). Good content, poor implementation. Please work on the video resolution!
