Earlier I use to find this app really useful but now the utility has decreased since the app has shifted to it's revenue model. Earlier there use to be real people on the other side to assist you with anything u want but now it acts like a bot. It will now do mostly the stuff which somehow earns them revenue.

I used this app to get a cab booked for airport in advance (one day prior). They took my details and gave a confirmation that the cab details will be sent to you 20-30 mins prior to the departure from home (9:30am the next day). I waited till 9:15am the next day and got no rrsponse from the team as if they had forgotten. I gave them a call and the person told me that i will get a call in 5-10 mins. Long story short, they hadn't booked the cab and were searching for the cab in peak office hours which was useless. Almost missed my flight that day but was lucky enough to get a private cab near to my place. I will recommend not to use this app for these kind of important tasks.

Awsom app .i just want to tell u plz make system like this when a user enter his a/c no in electricity bill payment options then bill will be auto update in haptik and show its due amount so then people can easily make payment like paytm have and other app like this feature.I just lov u r app. Always provide offer and discount offer weekly or monthly so then people can remind you always

Does not show reminders after changing phone. I cannot cancel few of them. Robotic chat, No proper answers. In spite of deleting app keeps on reminding of old reminders. Very Irritating. Email provided by times group dosent exist. Poor service. Never download this app

This app is good only for travel bookings coz there are absolutely no offers for anything else. User interface is great along with customer support. But apart from that there's nothing worth doing on this app !!

It was great till the time they started using Artificial intelligence. It has spoilt the entire experience. I am uninstalling it. Absolute waste of time typing and getting programmed response.

Even after removing all the reminders I am getting calls... Not able to solve the issue... This app is headache... even removing the app will not solve the issue...

This app is all in one. Two things missing. 1 its paytm integration and 2 is a login account which will store all the past transactions and bills. Rest, its perfect.

Getting payment failed again and againa (amaZon pay) and asked to wait 24 to 48 hour but i waited 7 to 8 days, till then many updates rolled but nothing app.

Good app. I wish there were more cashback/discount offers bill payment & recharge. I rarely recieve any despite regularly checking for them.. kindly see into this matter as cashback are the only incentive to use this app for payment transactions (apart from free reminder service)

People here are making fool by cheating. U all need to b exposed to every indian, Facebook, n Twitter and cyber crime Offer is never given its just for advertisements. Once again they have proved that they are here to cheat people. I have referred my frnd and he/she booked ticket but no referral reward given. Frnds don't b fool by downloading this app. They also show higher prices for cab and don't give cashback. Never ever download this app

not a good app for what ever services it claims. never ever recharge using the app as even after the full successful payment the recharge process will take very long from their end to finish.

The best app. I just loved it. Bt would like to share my thoughts. Like for electricity payment, certain electricity boards are not mentioned in the list. e.g Im from south gujarat and our service operator is DGVCL. Im pretty sure you guys might be working on the update. Also please put up a voice command option.. Like just press and say 'set an alarm' or a reminder or something like that. Really very good work guys. Loved it a lot
