La Secretaría Distrital de Salud pone en funcionamiento una nueva y útil herramienta para favorecer el acceso a la información y a los servicios del nuevo modelo de salud de Bogotá.

APP SALUD BOGOTÁ es una aplicación móvil gratuita, dirigida a los equipos en salud y comunidad en general, que permite consultar fácilmente el paso a paso de las rutas de atención e información importante para la promoción de la salud y prevención de la enfermedad, además de un completo directorio de entidades del distrito, líneas de emergencias, noticias, actualidad y todo lo relacionado con el Nuevo Modelo de Salud.

Contiene herramientas que brindarán información útil y dinámica en 4 ejes temáticos priorizados: infancia, materno perinatal, condiciones crónicas, salud mental.

También puedes personalizar y programar recordatorios, solamente registrando tus datos, seleccionando la subred a la cual perteneces, el tipo de paciente que eres. ¡Y listo!

Una vez instalada en tu Tablet o teléfono inteligente puede funcionar sin la necesidad de datos o conexión wifi, esta versión es libre y completa, y está abierta a todo público.
