Good hardware (mostly) and app look and feel. I find little function working around the call button and response. Speakers seem "tinny" ... Hope that's software. Questioning battery life also but still testing (ordered 3, installed 2 so far)

Well, lots of bugs, but this is a Beta Version and Gate to warn me and it's true, lots and lots of Bugs. Hardware looks phenomenal, well built and solid. Just hope the software gets built like the Hardware.

Good hardware. Update doesn't fix bugs. Issues: (1) temporary access has time zone problems (2) why require cell number for temporary access? (3) video has lots of artifacts and only sometimes captures person at door (4) sound is awful (5) please add separate separate notification setting for "person entered" -- I don't need to be notified everytime someone gets home. (6) let us change temporary access pins

Gate, you asked what bugs I encountered, here's my laundry list. Intercom does not work. Very laggy since day one. Can't make out who is at the door. Battery lasts no more than 27 days at most. When I try to use my phone to see who is at the door, it's a 50/50 chance that the video will show up on my phone, shows a circle on the screen that it's trying to get the picture up. The picture breaks up often so you can't see who it is, and night vision is worthless. There's my laundry list for ya.
