Tallinn International Festival Jazzkaar is tone of the name cards of Estonian culture and the biggest jazz festival of the Baltic states, taking place since 1990. With an interesting and original program and bold solutions, Jazzkaar makes the best jazz festival with the smallest budget in the North. The ten-day festival Jazzkaar is the most visited festival in Estonia where over 3000 foreign artists from 60 countries have performed.

Tallinn International Festival Jazzkaar takes place on April 21st – 30th, 2017. For the third time the festival takes place in Telliskivi Creative City in Tallinn. In addition, concerts will take place in 11 towns across Estonia from 19th to 28th April.

Jazzkaar 2017 is headlined by 5-time Grammy winner Dianne Reeves, drum legend Steve Gadd, club music duo GoGo Penguin, singer-bassist Meshell Ndegeocello and fusion-jazz group Spyro Gyra.
