Commut - Daily office travel services | Hyderabad

It is the best commuting way to daily office in Hyderabad. With minimum cost and good punctuality. Instead of monthly subscription with same time on all days subscriptions if we could choose timings for a couple of days in the week or remove some days in the month, then it would be really awesome.....

Unable to select any drop and pick up locations. The values just doesn't hold in the respective fields Update: The resolution has not taken effect. Still unable to book. Hated it , vehicle always delayed . Driver tells some stupid story. They won't return money.

Commut came to my rescue when I was struggling to book a cab to travel from L.B . Nagar to Gachibowli. Since the distance was more and I had to travel during the evening hours I had to plan my trip in advance. Using the Commut app I was easily able to schedule my trip at a convenient slot timing. The journey was extremely safe and smooth. The best part, I paid what I would pay if I had taken an AC government bus.

As much as I like this service and use this often, I'd say that Customer service is extremely bad. Whenever a trip gets cancelled, info isn't shared on time, and money isn't refunded even after frequent follow-up. There are also cases when driver leaves you and passes the stop even if you are on time. Customer care is least bothered about complaints like these. They don't even give a proper response.

Awesome app!!! I recommend every software employee, every pharma employee, every in-house kind of employee to choose commut. They really rescue people who face a lot of problem in commuting home- office and office-home. Superb commut team....Doing a great job...My support and cheers to you.

Stupid app !! I have booked for today, called driver and he said vehicle will not come today. Customer care is not picking up call. Ride was prepaid. They ate up my money and I haven't taken any ride. Now it is visible in completed ride list. MONEY IS GONE. POOR SEEVICE

I wish i could give negative stars... Worst service rude drivers and they cancel the vehicle at the last moment..driver wont bother to respond where he ie and he leaves without even calling inspite of me calling several times before he came.. And the bloody worst part.. The customer care wont answer my calls.. These drivers behave as if they are dropping for free

Really inspiring idea. Was able to experience their service during my short trip to Hyderabad. Wish this service was there in Chennai as well. It would solve the daily commuting issues of many office goers. What I really love about this service is there seamless user interface and their economical prices.

I booked.winger but when I called the driver he said he is not the concerned person..when I called customer care they realized driver is not ready and asked me to.wait for 45min to provide another shuttle but to a different place 4kms far from my place. These guys wasted my precious time and money .i had to book ola.cab. if this was in USA they would have been sued , worst customer service

Pathetic, horrendous, clueless I'm surprised they are still in business. They often cancel cabs at the last moment. Their drivers are always late, drive rash, have no clue about who's taking the ride. I think once the competitors starts offering AC cabs they will be out of business.

Promises before enrolling and post travelling is way far from reality. Drivers are not ready to listen and don't drop at the designated stops. Customer care works only for themselves. Still wondering how busy customer care is, if they can't lift the 'CUSTOMER' call. Looking forward for the reply.

The worst experience with Commut. Really hated it. Last minute cancellation and no alternate ride provided. This is the 2nd time I experienced this kind of worst service. You get ready and plan to go and they just cancel the ride 1 minute before the ride and you are not left with any alternate for travelling. Hell kind of experience. You dont even return the amount for the cancelled ride and you ask for another try..??

Commut doesn't operate well in terms of timing, drivers are not trained professionals, infact they behave like a gangster and threatens the passenger and support team is no exception - very reluctant. Disappointed and will highly recommend not to use Commut if someone wants to reach their destination safe with pleasant experience. I wish they could learn something from Zipgo and Quick Ride.

My sister has been using Commut since 4 months. Reliable service and friendly drivers. Love the way their customer support takes the responsibility in case of any issues. Great work team.

I have booked commute with vehicle number 5317 on Friday (July 21, 2017) onward from your icici towers to Vimal theatre balanagr. I called customer care on Friday they said this vehicle not moving in the route, it was booked due to app issue, the amount will be refunded to my account. Also same issue for Monday onward from balanagar to icici towers. But no amount refunded. I have called again customer care today and they are adament that i need to update this in feedback to get amont refunded to my commut account. If it is technical issue, then it is their minimum responsibility to refund it immediately, which does not make sense at all.This situation happend earlier also, but no refund (Rs. 200) processed. I am extremely disappointed with commut service.

Its worst app and worst management.i suggest not to go for it. Because there is no surity that u will get cab in time u have booked. We have to book and they cancel by their wish. Very bad experience with these guys.

Outstanding app. Hats off to IIITH students. Nice and comfortable rides and drivers are very good. There are some issues with payments and some of the routes aren't covered for which I've raised a support ticket. Thanks Commut team.

What app is this, I stay in Hyderabad and my drop location is not listed (lanco hills gachibowli) it's a famous area however it's not even showing my company in the drop location (Sutherland global services) it's guiding me again and again to book a ride Page. I'm fed up. After reading all the comments also I took a step to install and try once and I did but what if get the same problems what others are getting then I will be the one to loose, it's better not to get into this and look for another option before anything happens Thanks

Not able to sign up as the app always saying invalid promo code which even I am not applying. App should register without promocode.

Worst service! The driver comes to destination after 50 min from the scheduled time. Not sure how are they running the shuttle

I used to travel everyday from Uppal to gachibowli by RTC buses.It used to be a very hectic journey.Had plans of even quitting my job.Commut helped me over come this travel issue.It's a very user-friendly app with simple interface and easy to book options.While I would have loved it more of the cabs drop me right at my doorsteps,this is the best option available to transit to work currently.

Have been travelling from Pragathi nagar to Secundrabad on Commut since one month. The service is pretty good. Customer support is very friendly and helpful. Love the way they are contributing to the environment with eco friendly cabs. The interior in the cab are well maintained and the drivers are very punctual.

Really a good way to go to work with cheap prices. Best for working buddies. Cheaper than own vehiclea with classy facilities.

I do not find either Manikonda where am staying or TCS where am working. So not able to select these locations

Service is pathetic. Once I booked the cab and cab is auto canceled from them and till now I haven't received the amount even after 5 months. I have called.,mailed and messaged. It's worst. One more time before the schedule pick up I called the driver and informed him I will be at the location and he told me he will come late. After 30mins of waiting when I called him again he told he already crossed the pick up location and he didn't call me.. What a stupid. . Do we need wait for hours for late pick up and still they don't bother about us. Most of the times they didn't drop actual destination place. In the list and while booking even I selected westin Mindspace, they will drop out side of Mindspace. I never recommend this one.

Driver behavior need to improve, customer support team is completely helpless , management has to monitor, the repeated mistakes of the team.

Don't trust this...thier poor dev team unable to fix the foul in time and my money got wasted...
