Still won't load after update. Circle keeps spinning but never accomplishes anything. Won't even let you back out to Home Menu, have to force close it. Please finally fix this issue.
Horrible. Slow. Go back to the old app, it wasn't as pretty but it worked.
It doesnt work...will not load
The older version worked. This one spins and spins and takes forever to load checkouts (if it ever loads...) . Checkouts are showing 0 but I know I have at least 3 titles checked out. Hope CCPL didn't pay much for this cus it is worthless to this Galaxy user. Delete.

Sure it looks prettier, with much better looking and user friendly interface. That was a needed improvement, but the app itself barely works. Like most other have pointed out it's ridiculously slow and I can't even renew items from it which is why I even used the app, for the convenience. It's easier to just load their site in a browser, which defeats the purpose of an app.
Poor performance. Runs slow. When given the option to renew checkouts a message bubble confirms renewal however library's system not updated and fines accumulate. Seen a simple matter that should have been vetted by Library's IT DEPT before adopting. The mobile site is easiest option
App is very slow to show search results, checkouts, and holds. Often hangs with one more item to go. Website is much better to use.
The old app worked great. Why did we need a new one? OMG, now, with version 1.7, I CAN'T RENEW MY CHECKED OUT ITEMS. The list of checked out items takes for ever to load. I renewed ALL and now owe a fine because the third item hadn't yet loaded. BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION.
Since downloading the new version, I can't renew items which is most of the reason I use it. I've tried multiple times on multiple days. And I was finished with a digital book almost 2 weeks ago and it won't let me return it. Sucks for the people on the wait list behind me. They could have already had it. I miss the old version of the app that worked :(
Thanks for the 10 dollar library fee when the app said my books were renewed and they weren't. The app is horrible. Freezes often and if does manage to work, takes forever to load.
Nothing ever works. I continually have to call to renew my books bc my computer isn't handy... Thus downloading the app. Please fix it or get rid of it.
The main functions of this, that is, renewing books and searching the catalog, do not work. Either go back to the old app or fix this one!
The app stalls when loading checkout and hold titles.
I think it's easy I have a samsung note and it never freezes or has problems.
It's the library in an app. Does it get any better? Well, OK, I guess it does, but still it's a handy app.

Please, please, please either fix this message or, better still, go back to the old version! I order items regularly but this app is not useful for finding items, checking status or renewing materials. If I want to look at my hold list, it takes way too long and never fully loads. This app either was poorly designed, rushed out before testing or both. No one I've spoken to likes this new app.
Am unable to load my checked out items to renew. I have a good signal on my device. Really miss the the old version of this app though.
Freezes up every time I try to load my bookshelf, so I can‘t renew items. The old app was much better.
Cannot fully load my bookshelf. Freezes while loading 10 of 11 items. Cannot see which branch it is that a book is available.
Nice interface/good features, but locks up every time.
I took almost 2 minutes to load my bookshelf over my unencumbered wifi connection and another 10 minutes to finally renew my 29 items. I was using this app around 3 A.M. The app locks up. I will be using the browser version from now on.
I wish I had the problems others were having I could not even log in. When prompted to the app brought up a blank box where there was a cursor but nothing to populate. When I tried to advance past it I was informed a user name and password was required.
Extremely slow in loading items checked out. Once you do get to renew 1 takes just as long to reload to renew the next. The old app worked just fine; give it back
Just a pretty App now! Want the old Boopsie back!!! Please! Too slow! Most features don't work. Hate having to put in card # in each time to log in-why not able to save card # so only need password like Boopsie App?! Why are books not listed in due date order for ease in renew & should be more noticeable when due? Virtual card not Scannable at library. Why have features you can't use? Really should have no stars!
After 5 minutes of waiting, the bookshelf is still stuck loading 20/21. Back to the desktop for anything library related. :(
Login screen doesn't show what I'm typing and when I finally got in, you can now only read ebooks in your browser. Not using the Kindle app as the old version. Design is good, cleaner than the old app, but I want the ability to read ebooks from my Kindle app instead of a browser.
I use the app to renew material and order material. This broken app won't even load what I have checked out, so I cannot renew!!! Very frustrating and I miss being texted reminders for due dates. Bring the old one back. At least that worked ...
It took too long to renew items one at a time.
Now forces you to open eBooks in a separate browser as opposed to within the app itself ... when I'm lucky enough to get past the endless "Updating your bookshelf..." notification. Plus, lost my order in all my holds, some of which I had been waiting months for. Basically unusable.
Installed on Android. Could enjoy all of the benefits our library system offers on my phone!
Terrible for ebooks, freezes up
Ruined a good thing. Used to be so simple to get ebooks through Amazon to read on the Kindle. I don't want to read a book on my phone. This app is useless for ebooks. Very disappointing.
What's the point of having an app if it just launches the browser. I can do that on my own. And why own with so many graphics that I have to scroll down to e-books? The old app was not without issues but it was superior to this.

Pages take forever to load, and my account information won't load at all, no matter how long I wait or if I refresh the page. Lousy compared to the old app, which I can no longer find to reinstall. Very disappointed! It did finally load my account information when I tried it again a day later, but be aware that if you have OhioLink or SearchOhio books out or on hold they don't appear in this app.

If this is what I get for my tax dollars then I want my money back. Locks up. Unusable. (Update) still garbage and I still want my tax dollars back.
