Vive EPA

Aplicación que permite a un ciudadano en el municipio de Armenia - Quindío, Colombia, registrar una petición, queja, reclamo, denuncia o sugerencia ante la EPA - Empresas Públicas de Armenia, desde su dispositivo móvil permitiendo adjuntar una fotografía y archivos como evidencia. El requerimiento es enrutado a la Ventanilla Única de las Empresas Públicas de Armenia E.S.P. para su gestión; los ciudadanos registrados podrán hacer seguimientos de los pqrds a través de su dispositivo móvil o desde la dirección web: http://intraepa.gov.co.

Además permite que el ciudadano tenga a la mano diferente información de contacto con el fin de estar enterado de los eventos que realiza la entidad.

La aplicación sirve de puente para mostrar la siguiente información:

- Horarios de recolección
- Paga aquí tu factura
- Reportes y daños.

También integra un módulo llamado Vive EPA a través del cual la entidad estará publicando diferentes campañas informativas enfocadas en tener al ciudadano informado del quehacer de la EPA ESP.
