YRT/Viva Pay

It won't even open. if your going to take way cash far give us a working app Like my friend used it and got on the viva blue. Viva cops got on, standard stuff. My friend went to show prof of payment and the app crashed and my friend got a ticket. Not worth anyones effort. Ps. If this happends show the pay statement

Works great for buying single tickets or monthly passes, unfortunately no NFC support yet so can't just tap to get on like with presto cards. Where it beats Presto is in being able to purchase your ticket or pass through the app instantly for use. Presto has delay of up to 24 hour before your monthly pass or credit shows on your card.

(1) It is silly to keep sending me back to Google Play get the YRT/VIVA app when I already have that app running on my smartphone. (2) Please add capacity to reload PRESTO Cards.

Bought a monthly pass but the app crash everytime I tried to activate it. Please fix it or give me refund

Absolute shame. Installed the app, bought single ticket, came to activate it, the app would not let me sign in again with my Facebook OR Google accounts. Still can't sign back in. My money is gone. Thieves.

I accidentally pressed signed out. Now I can't sign back in. Whenever I press sign in with my facebook, it just brings me back to the same page.

Debit MasterCard does not work, despite what is claimed on YRT's website. Actual credit cards seem to work. My app crashed when i logged in so far. Website has PayPal but this system doesn't allows it.

By not slowly phasing out paper passes and forcing this incomplete app on commuters, viva/yrt removed the option to purchase and use a monthly pass.

Edit: Everything has been fixed. App loads fast, and works great. Buying and using a season pass is easy and ery comfortable.
