Transit GO Ticket for Android
Bought a ticket but it never synced to my phone. Had to call customer service to reset my account to get my tickets to finally sync. A fundamentally broken experience.
Purchased ticket for use on link Light rail. Purchase went through but I can't find the ticket. My receipt shows it saved to my device but it doesn't show in the "use" page. Seriously Metro?
Maybe this app need a guide but it saved me when I left my orca card home and got a flat tire while riding. Better than walking 1 hr to work
Very useful and convenient to have for when I don't have change for the bus. The only problem I have is for some reason I can't activate tickets with my phone's battery saver setting on. The button to activate just doesn't show up. You do need to be careful that your phone won't die before you show the driver the ticket.
Decent app when it works, and I enjoyed having it on my last phone. But it simply does not work with my new phone, the Google Pixel. The sign in button does nothing and the app eventually crashes
Works well for what it is. Can buy tickets until your orca card gets topped up. It's nice to be able to buy metro bus tickets while you're waiting for the bus, and have no cash on hand. Should use NFC in the future so we don't have to use orca cards anymore.
I tried using this for link light rail but the round trip only amounts to buying 2 one way tickets which you have to activate and expire. It is much better to just get a day pass ticket from the machines for the same price.
Bought and activated ticket but 560 bus wouldn't accept it. Not clear which transport can use.
I could not buy tickets with this app. It got stuck processing the transaction multiple times.
When I use it and accidentally click back button and cannot reopen the ticket again even is not time yet.
Worst trip planned I've ever used.
This app was working fine until the other day. It has been displaying the same color and letter for 4 days now. Fix it or im deleting the app
It often sends me to the wrong city >:(
Hologram did not show on Google PixelXL 7.1.2 and driver questioned validity of ticket.
Good idea. Bad implementation: what's the cloud vs local storage? Why can't I buy single-ride Sounder ticket? Registration via Google shows error page.
Can't buy tickets for Sound Transit buses only Metro Buses. Need to buy a new ticket for every mode of transport while ORCA let's you transfer between agencies and modes.
This app is unusable. I purchased a bus ticket through the app. Returning to the main screen, I'm informed that I have no tickets. After hunting around in the settings, I find that my ticket is stored in "the cloud". To use it, I'll need to manually transfer it to my device. Pressing the button results in a loading screen and then nothing happens. I've got a ticket somewhere - I just can't use it. I'm sure there's a solution but the app is fundamentally broken at this point. It seems like a prototype that got released accidentally. The design is simple and clean, and the store functionality is easy to use, but this is not a functioning app.
This really needs to work by NFC. All the agencies already have NFC readers for ORCA, so it's just a matter of programming them to work together. (It would be even cooler if the app were integrated with ORCA accounts, but that's not strictly necessary. NFC functionality is the key for widespread adoption.)
The app is great and works really well but not all bus drivers are aware of the app. Just get an ORCA card.. Charges the same price and its better since all the bus drivers know about it.
Not sure why the app can only offer Link/Sounder day passes and not the dramatically more often used single-ride tickets.
The app has a bad glitch where it doesn't display tickets
Bought ticket using app.. app would not display ticket at code or any info on the ticket info page.. I had to buy a physical ticket..
Saved my time.
Drivers are still unaware of app's existence. Bugs out when trying to show driver tickets. Need to model off Portland Trimet instead of what you've got here. Kind of a mess for passengers and drivers alike.
Drivers still dont know about it. Bug in ticket won't display ticket page with time stamp on it or the qr code.
Purchased a bus ticket which never loaded and thus couldn't be used. This app shouldn't be relied upon even as a last resort.
Tried loading a ticket, was stuck on loading.
He didn't want to let me on the bus because it was the wrong color. We called metro, and they said they'd speak to him about the fact that it's not the same as a transfer. Had my ticket disappear once before it expired, but otherwise it has worked well.
Should not require Google password when signing in on Android phone. Use the phone's Google credentials. Asking for user password smells like phishing and AT BEST trains users to do insecure things with their Google password.
Forceclose since install fix!!!!
Bus driver said they had not been informed of any app let me on though. King county metro. Will give 5 stars when I don't have any issues showing them.
Bus driver didn't know what it was, but it worked fine.
Saved my bacon

Very useful, no issues purchasing and using tickets so far for KC Metro and Sound transit buses BUT y'all need to add more payment options, at least Paypal so it's more secure. And perhaps have an optional guide or tutorial for people not so tech savvy...
