Gets me to the city on time

So easy to use. And having schedule at finger tips is great! P my thing better would be if it would notify "free ride" time so not wasting ticket.

Would love to purchase day tickets here but only seem to find month long. Great ride, clean cars, plesant staff, on time.

Convenient!

I wish this app worked, simply unusable because it won't run. I purchased 25 ride ticket and can't use it half the time. The developers are not testing this app as good as they should. Don't plan on depending on it. UI is also clumsy, seems like developers are amateurs.

Convenient when it works, but it just ate the last five tickets of my 25-ride. So I am out about $40. That is not convenient.

"Unfortunately"(really necessary to say?) not repetitively working! Doesn't build confidence in the service.

Easy, convenient and a life saver! I buy monthly passes. I have had 2 issues but the email on the app has saved the day

Great way to get tickets. Need to fix the tickets cloud. Gets stuck in cloud when phone is reset

I like it, except that not only is the default setting for the tickets is to be in the cloud, I have set it to be repeatedly and I recently reset my device and my 19 tickets are locked (though I purchased them on this device). This needs to be addressed.

This app is very convenient, in the past it had a lot of issues. Im happy that its been working properly

Google login doesn't work but it gets the job done after you sign up.

I've never had this app crash, so I'm happy. Have never purchased a ticket through the app, though, so I can't speak to that aspect.

Wouldn't accept my debit card. Tried twice. Deleted.

Worked well...intuitive, simple. Used again in Dec. and worked fantastically...so simple.

Only purchased single tickets, but works well for that
