Good app and saves time waiting at paypoint outlets for tickets but more needs done to make drivers on particpating operators aware this exists.

Absolutely useless - tried to use- took money and told me I had no ticket - no help on contact numberaas it is the wrong numberffor the app!

Brilliant! Much better than the paper version. But why do we need to activate the 28-day ticket everyone we open the app? Waste of time. Also we need to explain every time to Lothian buses drivers what this is. Please let them know this is valid and it looks like!
