NYC Ferry

This app is so frustrating. This is used for people to get to work. You need to audit your technology because it just doesn't work. I cannot rely on this app to purchase tickets to get on my commute because the store doesn't load. I have a full data connection and many other apps are working, while yours doesn't. This makes me less likely to take the ferry service. Just an awful experience

Finding the schedules is a slow and unintuitive process (not as if the ferry is ever on time since Hornblower took over). Constantly have to redo login. It does let you buy tickets, that's a plus.

This app is not reliable. Always have reboot my phone. App will say there are no tickets when it was just purchased. Will use paper tickets until it is improved.

App works but needs to be optimized. I'm sure in a few weeks the app will be better.

Works i guess, but a number of clueless design decisions by developers makes the app unnecessarily frustrating.

There should be a GPS tracking implemented.

So far so good. I would like to see Android pay implementation. It is annoying to enter card for each app that requires it. Linking accounts doesn't work. I have logged in with Google account but I cannot link my Facebook account

When tried to plan a trip, nothing shows up on the screen. Also I thought this app would show schedules of arriving and departing ferries.

Slower than it has any reason to be on Android 5.1. What are you loading to bring me to the log in screen jeez.

The app cannot connect to Google and Facebook even the options exist. Super buggy.

This is for the East River, not the Hudson (for Hudson use NY Waterway)

This app is unusable. It fails when I try to add a payment method and fails when I try to load the store. I don't know how they screwed this up - the app it replaced (NY Waterway) was fully functional. I am not using these ferries until the app is at least barely functional.

Call me blind, but the switch over to this app and the changed management of the ferry seemed sudden. My credit card info which was transferred from the old app to this one did not work until I reentered the information. The LIC port's name was changed. Generally, just bad transition management, this app seems mostly done though.

Schedule is awful, and I know where I'm going. Can't imagine how confusing it'd be for out of towners. The old app was not great, but at least the schedule was easy to use.

Downloaded, opened, tapped "sign in," crashed. Can I board ferry Monday without this app? Because it's not working. Phone: Samsung Galaxy S5 Android v6.0.1

Looking forward to supporting NYC Ferry Maybe this summer my family will use it to go to the beach.

Can't visualize the timetable. Not sure if I'll continue to use the app

Absolute junk. Purchased ticket never appeared in app for use.

Can't log in. When you try to log in with your Google account, the app doesn't allow it to open in the in-app browser that pops up, but there's no way to make it open in an external browser. Unusable
