Flamingo Fares Tampa Bay for Android
Was working fine until I tried to use it on another phone of mine. It said that it was locked unless I unlocked it in settings for the cloud. I tried to do it but the original phones battery drained. I tried later on and the app wouldn't open so I missed my bus messing with the app. Eventuality the app opened after half an hour but my monthly bus pass was locked on both phones even though it clearly shows a monthly pass purchased. I called customer service and was told I'd have to wait 2 days on Monday because there was no supervisor there. They need to get some better app developers there and rework the bugs or else this is a true rip off!!!
So like everybody else I had problems with the app I called PSTA customer service and they are working with me to cover me getting around to make up for it
Useless unless u go to st. Pete. Obviously wasnt designed for local tampa residents. Everything is more expensive than the bus fares.
Why can't I see my bus pass?? Just bought it and now it's not opening?? Can you guys do something about this?
Still won't load from the cloud and it's not supposed to even be in the cloud. I have had it set to save on my phone. Not the cloud. I have tried everything and nothing works. Lots 11 dollars. Do not use!
My ticket is locked from the very phone I have it linked to. Cmon HART!
I purchased $11 3-day ticket. Activated it. Showed the bus driver. Went to home screen, came back to Flamingo Fares for the next bus and it was gone. I want my money back because I had to buy a separate day pass or be stranded.
First, I wish there were more ticket options, or at least that the rate was the same on 3 day passes between the app and the station. Second, half of the bus drivers don't even seem to know much about the app, the processes or the problems. Constantly being told that "it's not scrolling," or that "I need to see the expiration date" becomes a hassle every time, even when the only thing required is that it changes color. Good so far for being a new app, but needs progression.
I love this app, but suddenly it stopped taking my payments. Then there was an update, so I tried to purchase a ticket, & it didn't show, so I tried another purchase, & again it didn't show. Now PSTA owes me $22. SO NOT HAPPY PSTA!!!!
When I heard about this app, I was elated to hear that I can buy bus passes digitally. The app worked great in the beginning, but when that update came along, problems began to arise. First, I tried to buy a pass and the transaction went through, but I tried to pull up the ticket on the bus and it showed that I have no tickets even though I have 11 dollars less on my account. Also, it won't let me login through Facebook, even though that is how I started my account. Hope there is a fix for this soon.
I've used this app without issues before. But, today I go and try to purchase a pass. It says add payment card. Odd, since I already had. I added it, says card added, but no ticket. I did it several times.
First only 3 day passes are available. Now after update, tickets ate not showing. Purchase shows on credit card but are not showing on app. Called customer service and was told they can't help till IT comes in. Took 5 calls but they activated 4 tickets. Only problem now is after activating 1 ticket, it does not show and wants me to activate one of the others. This app is terrible and should not have been released until all bugs were fixed. Also they will not refund any money even if it is the apps fault.
I really like this concept, and I know it's just a pilot program but I get the 31-day discounted ticket for being a disabled veteran so I gave it a try but from a financial standpoint it doesn't make sense. So I really would like to see some additional fare options added asap.
Give back my money for this ticket! I'm reporting this scam app!
I purchased ticket and when i went to use it.it says no ticket available.horrible want my money back
Happy they have fixed the issue. Did the update and it worked. Thank God he is smiling down on us.
Needs better management of payment options. Add and remove cards.
App wint ler me sign in thru facebook and it wont take mt card made me an hour late to worm

This was a great app. It isn't accepting payments... No way to contact anyone... Please fix this problem
Not enough pricing choices, oh and as long as you charge $1 more for this 3 day ticket then the cash price on the bus... I'm going to continue paying cash...
Love that I can buy a pass this quickly from my phone. Have some UI complaints with the app such as excessive steps to show a ticket. Can't wait for more ticket options like 5, 7 and 31 day passes. Tickets in cloud/device is weird that you have to choose, this should be a transparent feature to the user I feel.
I am not allowed to use American Express as a method of payment.
Need monthly pass
After purchasing the ticket.I was unable to bring it up,to get on my bus. Customer service got me a home. But now I'm out 2 days that I paid for.
For the past two days both me and my husband are not able to access our tickets we JUST purchased. We tried uninstalling and installing again and now it says that the tickets that are linked to our account, aren't linked to our account. We rely on the Flamingo app on a daily basis and we have just lost collectively, $22 in a matter of seconds.
Stopped working after update now I've lost $11 and was almost stranded because the person was unavailable to handle my issue SMH
Horrible...worked great at first now I have 2 passes I cant use because it says it is on another device when I have not used any other devices to save them on.
Downloaded app used it now I can't reload it to use again

I can finally use my phone to go to tampa to usf way to psta and hart can't wait till it goes live and supports 31 day unlimited rides. To tampa and back.
