Simly

Have you ever been in a situation where you want to contact your network service and have no clue which number to dial? Or you try out another network sim card and cant remember the number to dial to check airtime balance? Or worse, you travel to another country and you are clueless on which numbers to dial for service on the foreign network? Well Simly helps with these problems :)

Simly simplifies network services. Use the app to contact your network call centre, check your airtime balance, recharge airtime and send call back messages at the tap of a button. If you switch sim card to another local network or another country network when you travel, no problem, Simly will simply call that network call centre at the tap of button if that is what you need. There is no need to stress about which number to dial to contact your call centre or check balance or other services, you simply tap a button and Simly gets the right service for you.

Note that Simly is for prepaid phones only and not contract phones. Also note that some networks charge a fee for these services e.g. some networks charge to check balance or send call back requests (You need to ask your network but Simly services are FREE). There may also be restrictions on which networks one can send call back requests, Simly has no control over this, its a cellular network issue.
