Booked a laundry pick up...for 9-11am slot today 20th Jan..and they are a no show. No sms...no mail...no intimation. Pathetic !

In gurgaon, this is very affordable service

These people ruined my blanket my trousers and now just i have noticed they have successfully ruined my favourite shirt. God I wish i could give them negative stars. My 2500 rupees shirt destroyed by you guys. If you dont know how to do something why r u doing it. Worst service. Washing guns, Dhodu is far better and a better alternate than these guys.

Pathetic laundry service as they make false claim. They are non-committed, irresponsible and a big failure in terms of deadline. I would never ever suggest to anyone .

Firstly, pls dont go with the ratings at all. I am sure they have rated themselves with false ids (for eg. One has mentioned that they returned on tbe same day. "Like really? I got it delivered after 6 days through followups.. gimme a break dude"). Secondly, service is risky cos its a third party vendor system with no direct contact. The consequence of it is that it will not be liable for any loss. Also, the delay in service is EXTREME

They take your order very quickly. But when it comes to returning the clothes, they take you for granted. They took my order on Sunday and delivered it on Friday after repeated calls. Never trust them with urgent deliveries. I had exactly specified that it was urgent and they had given me full agreement on this, but it was not even normal delivery. They showed me their true faces in the end. I did a mistake by using their service, you still have the chance.

Booked a wash the guy who came to pick up the clothes couldn't read or write and asked us to fill out ourselves when the clothes came back they were smelly and not clean dull and spotty never recommend them never use them

How disgraceful of you guys to take someone's laundry and not return it back even after constant reminders. Laundry guy ignores the calls, support team ignores my calls, owner ignores my calls. Cowards! Don't call yourself professionals if you can't live up to the meaning of the word Professional. > CONSIDER THAT MONEY AS CHARITY!

I saw their ads in my area and tried them out. Surprisingly they were very responsible and fast. Not to mention they gave me good discount
