BitLock

Please fix the general application error when loading the app. I need to carry my tablet around just to use my lock... Also, the app could use a unlock / lock button on its own plus a better way to manage my locks than the current list system. I'd like to see my lock's status and directly access its settings, reset it, etc.

This product used to have a few fundamental issues but the Bitlock team have persevered and now have a superb product. So if your thinking about buying a bitlock ignore older reviews.

Product promised to be sent out in Nov 2015, no updates for 5 months from Mesh Motion Inc. Product finally received in mid Apr 2016. Currently testing lock and app will update soon.

Waiting for product which was promised to be sent out in Nov 2015, no updates or any kind of developer correspondence from Mesh Motion Inc. since last year. Comment will be updated upon receiving any kind of news.

Was given this as a birthday present. App is ok, but lock has always been temperamental,sometimes opening, sometimes not. Especially the manual opening. The lock has now stopped working altogether, so I'm left with an expensive doorstop. I have tried emailing several times as suggested in other reviews but have not recieved a response. Can only suggest you look elsewhere for your bike lock.

Never worked with my HTC One M8 Google Play Edition on any version of OS or app. Blinks rapidly then stops. Talked to the manufacturer and they said "It sounds like you are having connection problems. " Nothing else. And it does that on WiFi or with full LTE bars every time. Works with iPhone I tried.

Not working reliably and uses to many permissions - please make it Open-Source so we can fix this

Lock doesn't work with my Nexus 6. Can unlock it with another phone, but no firmware update notification.

I'm a daily commuter and rely on bitlock every day. No major issues, moto x 1st gen has known bt issues which is why sometimes it takes up to 60 seconds to unlock or lock.. But most of the time it works within 10 seconds. Love not having keys!

just blinking randomly, really frustrating. besides the handling of the lock is rather lackluster and the build quality of the attachment is poor

Yesterday the lock was working after the software update. Today it has stopped working! I have rebooted my phone, signed out of BitLock and turned off and on bluetooth. Nothing works. An update , support has contacted me and will walk me through a firmware update on my lock. I am hopeful that once updated I will be good to go.

It currently still does not work with Android 5.1. Apparently a new Firmware is required for the lock, but that doesn't seem to have started rolling out yet. Please email it to me, as the lock is currently unusable. Many thanks.

Functional, though some UX elements might not be intuitive

The lock switches quickly and has a great weight to it. The setup only took a few moments. Moto X 2014 Android 5.0

I don't see why this thing needs to see my bookmarks to unlock a Bluetooth lock. Did not install. Please reduce the permissions required
