WPS Premium Subscription

They took my money, but the ads keep coming. So far, they have not processed the refund I requested. No response to my attempts to contact them. Not happy. Evidently, I am not the only one this is happening to. Google really needs to pull them out of the Play Store until they get these issues straightened out.

This app doesn't work. I bought the subscription over a month ago and emailed support several times. After weeks of emailing for help they now keep asking me for screen shots over and over. I've already them what they asked for and they just won't even try to fix the problem. They just keep asking for more screen shots. This is not a reputable company DON'T BUY!!! FIX IT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

I don't understand what's happened here... People say that this application has stolen money but I don't pay anything. Ads free, font, function or anything are completed. Well I guess this is me that stealing from developer

My advice? Do not pay! This redirects you to online site for a WINDOWS SUBSCRIPTION! Not android. Wtf! I BUY from playstore on my tablet. Wtf? Who asked for a WINDOWS sub.? Not me! Idk who designed this app... Just avoid it. Well, avoid the paid options. Totally weird. Ty for wasten 1hour jerks

This is ridiculous!!! I still have ads running across my screen AND MY DOCUMENTS DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY SYNC WITH MY DESKTOP VERSION… I have to manually sync my documents from my android version of WPS. I don't like Microsoft at all, but at least their office program syncs everything across all device platforms AUTOMATICALLY. Get it together WPS, or refund our MONEY!!!!!

I already subscribed for one year on November last year and since entering 2017, it revert to free version and tell me I have to pay again for premium? And I can't restored my previous subscription. Please assist.

Works, unless you deny prying permissions, then it disables subscription. Glad to pay, so I don't have ads. But would rather "buy" once vs subscription. $10/year is acceptable, not $30. Perhaps consider a lifetime option like the MS Windows version. Why do you need "Identity" and "Device ID & call info" permissions? You only need "Storage"! You should not take personal info, expecially if I'm paying you. Minus 4 stars because permissions. May uninstall before end of trial.

I just ordered the premium subscription so I wouldn't have to deal with ads and I'm trying to type a document file and everytime I type (on my small keyboard, which is working fine right now) and I press the space bar for a space, the cursor goes to the beginning of the 1st word I typed!!! It worked before, in the free version. What's up with this???? I've used the free version for awhile and had no issues except that I couldn't do stuff I wanted and hated the ads, but I should've read the reviews on people who've purchased the premium. They are not good. I don't get that.

Takes over all files no organization of files, difficult to delete files. I paid for premium and it keeps going back to adds. It will not update. Stay away.

How about fixing the paid subscriptions do I don't have these damn ads, another payment isn't due until April 2017

Don't you think there might be a problem here? Fix the problem. I'm also among those who got ripped off. And no it did not provide me with an in purchase reference number. No email no nothing. Just take the money and run. This has forced me to have to choose another program and I've had this one for a long time. So I decided to buy premium big mistake good luck

I purchased it three times but it didn't work even a single time. I tried my different I'd to do that but this problem never solved. Please see it to it or give my money back.

Seems like a decent word processor. I ordered the premium for $10/year and the ads did go away (start with the trial version but be sure that your order actually goes through, for me, the first try didn't). I am comparing this against other such Word-alikes on a Samsung Note Pro 12.2 2014 Edition the contenders are Office Suite 8, Polaris and Hancom. I actually like the Hancom user interface a lot more than WPS but Hancom has crashed whereas WPS has not (so far at least).

Although being premium member, I cannot take templates it shows to buy. Ad on top shows to be a premium member. Whts the point of having this premium package for ?? Also it fails when tried to purchase.

Though I bought the WPS Premium I still see the ads every time. I don't have extra fonts, I can't convert documents to pdf. It's exactly the same. What bugs me the most is that I see the ads both before the app opens and when it closes. I just got ripped

I would gladly rate this useful application with 4-5/5 stars if I could access the full functionality as advertised in the Google Play Store. Upon request from the app and in order to restore a previous purchase of WPS Premium, I sign in to my account and ensure the premium version has been downloaded and installed fully only to be denied access to the signature, pdf converter and ad-free options. I have emailed Kingsoft and only received the auto-generated reply telling me someone will be notified.

Hi just purchased the WPS Premium like many others who have done so. However I am still receiving these annoying Ads. I did not receive any purchase order # or ref # with my order. Please rectify this asap or if unable to kindly send me a refund of $9.99 which I paid via the Google play store using the above email. Thank you JC

How the heck did I get a subscription? I never okay that I must have accidentally hit it but the fact that it showed up a month later scares me. After reading the reviews I definitely don't need it.

WPS used to be great. I guess that "premium" has a different meaning for some people. This was a waste of money. I would like to know who woke up one morning and thought of a way to **** people over.

I'm jumping on the scam bandwagon. Paid for subscription and fonts and did not receive any of the premium features. Been dealing with "help and/or feedback" for couple months now. Followed all their instructions and guess what... Was charged for a second subscription, and surprise surprise no premium features still. The last communication I received from kingsoft they requested screen shots etc. I sent them several however they must have gone on vacation because all of a sudden they are MIA. Not much else to say other than EXTREMELY disappointed.

I didn't give permission in anyway to buy, subscribe or even want this app. My Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Smart Phone is totally screwed. I can't use my phone to write, or use any apps without contact pop-ups ads, DU Cleaner, pretence pop-ups Unfortunately Stopped working REPORT OK are from you. I want any monies refunded and all the hidden viruses along with your rubbish phone destroying app removed ASAP. WTF, I hate what your apps have done to my beautiful phone... Your the ads and Hacker here...

Premium is a total Scam! After downloading premium extra app and paying the actual app you use fails to recognize it's downloaded, installed and paid for! Main app still shows adds

There is some confusion as to what this is. The premium version might give you slightly more features but what it REALLY DOES IS SUPPORT THE DEVELOPER who clearly invested time and skill into this app. This app is easy to use, fully features and costs HALF of what Polaris does without the coyote of irritating problems that app has. On sale for $20 its 1/3. I use this app many times per day, $20-30 plus a ONE TIME $10 for the font pack is a steal! Anyone who is whining about this needs to take a good look around at the other apps. Support this developer or find something else. I went through 6 other apps and was happy to pay $20 for this. People need to get over the idea that everything in the app store should be free.

It takes your money, and treats you as if you never paid. You will always be only a free program until you can fix this!

Can't access the features I paid for. The app is basic and not user friendly. It doesn't work well on android 6 system. I tried to check out the fonts and it gives me a list of premium features with no access to them. A built in app that has permission to the core if the system that is faulty. Little worried that this application is compromised the security of this handset. Can not open share options in either app the basic or premium account. I have deleted it as I regard this application WP office as being a security risk because it can not be monitored or altered by the user.

Paying for the premium subscription does NOT remove the adds. It did in the past but with their last update of the office application, having a current subscription and this installed should remove the adds but doesn't. Had emailed the company screen captures and device logs, as their app requests you. Noticed I am not the only one with this problem but the company has not fixed the problem.

although wps has record of my payment I can not use paid subscription only free which has ads and no pdf use. Can not use on my tablet just my computer and wps stated I could use on 5 devices. ??

Worth having if you only need a signature. I was hoping to be able to edit PDF files. Tried to convert a PDF, it was a picture as word document when done. I have concluded the other converters will do it for FREE! The only difference is, you can rename it with this!

Installed WPS as instructed. Then bought this subscription. NONE OF THE features promised work. No templates. No PDF to doc converter. No new fonts. Man, I miss the old King software.

Guys and girls, it works great on me. Ads removed and premium features, however the font pack doesn't included in subscription made me disappoint a little... Just ensure you didn't deny any permission when your phone ask to grant permission, then go setting > go premium > i do not have an wps account, at this point it auto-detect if you have purchased premium, in my case it says unable to restore so i click login with google, bingo!

Wasting time to download but still useless because you must pay.. I thought after download i can convert pdf to doc but it didn't work!

I pay for one year subscription and it doen't even let me log in with my Google account. I can't download any fonts, that's why I pay for it WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR FONTS if I'm a premium member. Google should looked at what this companies claim and promise and make them Accountable. If no fonts I still want my money back. EDIT. IT FONTS ARE NOT PART OF THE SUBSCRIPTION THAN FIX YOUR DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT AND BE CLEAR SO PEOPLE KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR.

So far there is absolutely nothing that I didn't already have with the pre-installed wps app. No fonts and no templates. How do I get these to work? No answer so I guess its another case of false advertising. No fonts without having to buy them and no templates. Those are the only features I didn't already have before installing the free pro add on. It adds on nothing, absolutely nothing.

I paid for the Yearly Subscription after using the free version for a while. I liked the app but REALLY Wanted those Font Packs and Online Templates. Plus getting rid of the Ads was also going to be nice too! Well I was greatly DISAPPOINTED when after Downloading the Payment app and purchasing my yearly Subscription to discover that there were NO TEMPLATES! Additionally, when I try to use any FONT other than the Default one, it says that I have to Purchase the FONTS PACK! Sure, the Ads are gone. Sure, I can convert a document to pdf. -there are dozens upon dozens of aps that do that for free (NOT a Selling Point!) I'm logged in properly. I installed the Subscription app properly. It even states that I am a Premium Member. However, there are NO PREMIUM FEATURES AVAILABLE !

Upgraded and no matter what I do it isn't upgraded and still wants me to upgrade to convert PDF to doc even though it shows its installed. On top of that it's adding ads by the minute to my files in the directory which is concerning and eating up space. Unbelievable!

Every time I update the installed App. It reverts back to free version ever since I moved it to external card. The premium license is however on the phone and I had to reinstall it, when it did work. But on upgrading the App. It forgets again. Apparently a communication breakdown? Could it because they are installed in separate places? This is however not a problem with other Apps that I have???

Instructions so unclear, that when trying to insert a font, it says one needs premium version for $10. After downloading, there are still ads and no fonts. Then it charges for a font pack as in-app purchase. After both of these, there are still ads. Although fonts may work. There are no templates, and opening blank document fails half the time. I would like a refund. Thanks.

I work away and have limited access to a laptop or pc and usually not a great intenet connection. After trying the free app i decided to go premium for the extra features for pdf signing and converting. However the pdf to doc convert has not worked as good as others and is always misaligned and still relies on a internet to convert. Editing docs is very difficult due to not having the fonts pack and for the cost i would expect a lot more features. I would not spend money on this until improved.
