Just bought the lite. It will not sync up to my phone at all. Took the pink one back got the black one. Put it on while driving down the road I was not walking. It said I had walked 41 steps. Do not waste any money on this it does not work correctly. I am getting a real fit bit not a knockoff fit bit which this is. The black one would not sync up to my phone at all either. Highly recommend not getting either one.

Needs to be able to include 3rd party apps to notification settings no notifications from messenger or skype or ebayor email other than gmail ect. Not everyone uses gmail. Very limited on notification side of app. And preset sleep is a joke . It should auto detect sleep without presetting hours. Please add ability to chose which social media apps to get notifications from

With the latest update, nothing is synching. I received the watch as a gift at Christmas. I started having issues with the screen or charging and synching trouble within 10 days. I attempted to send a trouble report through the app and an email, but never got a response. Still having trouble. Nothing saves on the app. I would say now that it's nothing more than a digital watch, but it's nearly impossible to get the screen to come on. So it fails as even that. And still no reply to the trouble report I sent months ago.

The last update broke syncing. The app needs a lot of work... Doesn't fully support Android 6 - maybe that's why in doesn't save my previous days to my phone memory. The HR model has a lot of potential... Don't make it look so poor.

Since update it has not been syncing my sleep time. I have followed the directions of doing it manually and automatic and neither are working. This really is starting to work my last my nerves and I am ready to go get another watch from another brand. This was a gift that I was really excited and happy to have but not as of late.

I like it but it won't let me show up on the leader board anymore! Frustrating! So my steps never count with my friends! Please fix this! This seems to be only with the pink band. ...a friend with the black band always seems to be on the board but not ours why the pink bands!

Worked for 2 weeks perfectly. Now it doesn't sync. Can't get notifications. A friend of mine wrote the company an email. They said that the app is not working correctly and that they are working to fix it. That was over 2 weeks ago. I wrote the company asking to return the watch... no response... .. I was told to update the app and then it would work. It still does not work.

Still not getting my notifications form my phone now its says there in a bluetooth error. Please fix only had the things for 2 weeks and already regreting buying it i knownits not my bluetooth on my phone but it starting to get on my nerves with it not working about to get a better one that will actually work

Just bought this watch last night. My changes on the app will not save and the band is not syncing. Please fix this and I'll give it more stars.

The app keeps failing to read the bracelet every few days The only way to fix it is to disconnect the bracelet then sync it again. This removes all saved data including personal height and weight for some reason. Annoying to have to redo everything so often. March Edit: and now it will not track sleep on the app. April Edit: App no longer shows graphs. Just the individual day chart. App crashes if you try to view graphs. Useless. Still no sleep charting, not even for daily.

If u don't have time throughout the day to update it fails to sync. Very frustrating. If u don't update every few hours the app won't save ur info.

I am changing my review and now giving this 1 star. Since this last update I can longer set up notifications for phone calls where I could before. Every time I turn on the calls notification it turns off when I try to save. Now it will not show my daily progress. When it syncs with the watch it will show the progress ( steps, calories burned, etc) fir a half a second then everything goes to zero. It won't even show my heart rate graph. Please fix this version. It is terrible.

Deat developers, Please add functions such as alarm, which would constantly vibrate until u turn it off. UI is fine, notification alert works well but the sms shows up rarely; the social media alert is more consistent. Please also help fix the SMS notification because I cant receive them.

I did like this app, but now my app and band never sync, and if it does sync for a sec, it will show all my things, and then when they are done syncing everything goes back to zero and it doesn't log it... Very frustrating, might have to get rid of this thing and go get a fitbit...

It worked before the update and now it won't link up to my phone. Wtf!!!!! I'm beyond pissed. Also the bracelet has been freezing up and untill it dies I can't do anything to fix it now. Like why?! I paid allot of money to have junk.

It was great, but then it wouldn't track sleep right and now won't sync. Frustrating for sure.

I was relieved when the 3 plus elite app is up and running again

I just bought the HR synced beautfully.. been tracking everything no syncing issues.. i guess it helps if you read directions.. great product one con is it said the battery last 3 days mines brand new and only last 2 not a big issue but just thought id let people know lol

New updated fixed my syncing issue! The app is easy to use and it keeps a record of all my previous activities. Very good!

Just bought 2 days again and can't get them to pair.... Not happy how do I get my money back

The syncing problem seemed fix, but it seems like I can either sync notifications or reminders, not both. When I have a reminder set it syncs, but then I try and sync the notifications and it still fails.

Just got the watch like 2 months ago. At first it synced to the app now it does not. I have unpaired and paired but it still doesn't work.

Last update totally broke synchronization. Please fix it or device is totally unusable

I like the app my only problem is my sleep tracking does not show up anymore!

It didn't sync properly, makes terrible use of Bluetooth. I was hoping for more

It doesn't do the sleep mode at all and all I got was sorry. I don't have anything with a heart rate.

I would like to have a notification when a friend beats your steps..that would make it more challenging and fun...wish mine had the heart rate. .
