Over-all the app is useful, the social network is still very slow, but that is poorly maintained servers on there end. And they REALLY need to fix the battery drain issue. 4% an hour while not in use. 15% an hour with some use. Also the riders near me feature needs some work. The maps have a hard time loading. I love the stats and it's wonderful for use while riding. The quality of the app isn't even close to the quality of the robots!

Latest updates and STILL DRAINS BATTERY! I uninstall the application after setting up the Ninebot. Uses a ton of data as well. You can shut down data in the background, but not the app.

This app can rarely connect with my machine. It always has a Bluetooth connect fail error. I try every method to fix this and this problem persists across multiple phones.

Complete bs that it slams you in reverse when you go over 10mph I almost got hit by a fu**ing car because it slowed me down during a merge an the instant brakes sent me out of control

The minimum value -5 of the "balance assistance mode" parameter is not enough if ninebot mini has handlebar installed, it can not stay put, it moves forward without human. Could you increase boundaries of the "balance assistance mode" parameter?

Drains the battery when I'm not even using my Ninebot One. It starts on boot and runs background services that are not even need since the vehicle isn't even on or being used.

This app is really useful if your friends want to know, who is the fastest.

I have no idea, why ppl complain about the battery life on their phones. You are most likely doing something wrong! Because, I have no issues at all.

The integrative app gives the user all the info he/she needs. What I'd like to see if future updates is a button that allows the ninebot to home into the Bluetooth signal, and also control over the back lights so they don't light up so much at night.

Consumes phone battery really quickly if you don't exit the app correctly and it is left running in the background.

The app drains my battery even if I'm not using it at all. Why does this app have to run in the background? I'm using it only to lock and unlock my ninebot. Please fix this.

I can't open the app most of the time. When I can, it crashes after trying to login.

App itslef runs fine. But eats my battery! I have to force stop it to make sure it doesnt kill my battery! Please find a fix!

Works great. Just remember to tie a car battery to your back to keep the app power hungry tummy full.

Battery Hunger! Disable for auto launch. In addition ask for stupid permissions like camera and contact access

The speed governor causes Ninebot One S1/S2 to lean back too far.

Update to 3.7.4 broke firmware updating for Ninebot S2 and all app internet functionality. It gives random errors each time it tries to use the internet... Do not update to this version!!

This horrible app, sucks the power of my phone down in just a few hours, it does not exit or stop when you're no longer using it. You think it is no longer running in the background, but still is. I have to remember to do a forced stop of the app when I stop using it and the ninebot minipro. Folks, you don't have to uninstall it, just find the ninebot listed in your app's list in settings, then the app option, at that time do a FORCED shutdown of the app, and it will no longer run in the background.

What can you do with ninebot one?

I would like to have the option to turn off that auto safety. where it automatically slows me down when I go top speed. that's a nuisance. causes more harm in my opinion than safety.
