随着互联网信息时代的来临， 3G网络给影像爱好者带来了极大的便利，手机摄影做为视觉延伸的新型工具，随时随地拍摄各类美景，展现人民生活灿烂丰富的色彩。中国电信云南公司、云南省摄影家协会、昆明摄影家协会为展现云南改革开放以来，各族人民生活水平不断提高及云南各地的风土人情和美丽景色。拟定征稿时间：2013年2月8日—5月31日止，投票时间：2013年4月1日--6月10日止举办“2013 天翼‘美丽云南’手机摄影大赛”。
