Well tracked my first 2 cycles great. My third not so much. Keep getting not in any cycle message when I track my period days. Tried to explain this via email to support and got no resolution yet. Frustrated.

The new update forces you to have location on for the thermometer to connect saying it's necessary after Android 6.0. Obviously that's not true when it worked just fine without location on before the update. I don't keep my location on for a reason. Please change it back or I'll be looking for a new BBT device and app.

I took me a 3 times to log on. I kept getting unsafe site and I could not go on. Finally I did get on and just started tracking. Once I got on evertlything else has been easy.

Setup was a mess. The website had invalid certificates. Then it wants access to my location so the Bluetooth can work? How about no. Returning the thermometer too.

Everyday I have to unpair and pair again with thermometer. For the last 3 days I have recorded the my period ended but the graph is still showing it. Super annoying

I think they need to improve the security. Somehow bypassed unsafe website warning and so far working ok.

I just purchased this thermometer for $49 and can't use the app. I installed the app, then attempted to verify my email.address and can't. Says it's an unsafe address and I cannot proceed.

Does what it's supposed to do, wide rang of options. Love the reminders and information.
