Only by looks product is good. Why not app opens offline? Having BT discussions issues. Even battery is not good. Lots of modifications required in application. Steps count always shows wrong value. At least refer others app and do so.

Who should buy? Those who are only interested in checking their work out for the day. Who should not buy? Joggers, who want to check their progress improvement in their run. Pros, good design accurate in counting steps, ok battery life, Cons are many not fit for joggers just don't buy is the only suggestion

Why do I have to login every time with my ID. And need to have my internet on if the band uses Bluetooth to sync. Slowest app I've seen so far.., will switch to a better band .. even if they are costlier. Why should every thing get erased by itself every night.. it should at least save data for a week if not month.

Very badly developed application. Can't Register or Sign In. Continuously giving error 9999. Can't Reset password too. Even the spelling of Cancel button on OK/CANCEL option while asking to turn on GPS is written as"cancle". How can you develop an app so badly? Do you have any care of your customers?

Biggest draw back is you cant pair to another device. The forgot password is not working for my account. So i tried to create new account and then did forgot password that too dont go through. Basically you cant do forgot password. And now i cant access my own account on the band. Hopeless

Worst app ever. Doesn't sync up the data to app at all. Got the product replaced but app itself is useless. Total waste of money. Just by looks of it I ended up buying but please don't do this mistake. Even Patym said I need to deal directly with the vendor.

First time use- Battery life-120hrs, claimed 150hrs, charging time-2 hrs, second time also similar battery life. Issues- Dish washing hand movement is considered in steps counting. Need improvement in development of product. Overall.... Ok ok product.

I couldn't able to connect my device with the app. Every time this app search for the nearby devices ,it shows my device name but couldn't connect as it shows some error.. moreover my smartband shows it's memory full and I can't even erase it cause it didn't connect. It's frustrating

Products looks good, but measurement is erroraneous, counts shakes driving wasking etc as steps, also doesnt record sleep pattern and shows zero sleep hours, syncing is a problem, everytime you need to try 2 to 3 times to sync, battery lasts not more than 4 days. Doesnt show any notification of calls and messages. Pathetic and waste of money.MI is better

1. Sync issues with the device. 2. Why does it always backup to cloud and not on local storage? It should sync to cloud when Internet connection is available. How do you cover for cases when one goes out for 2 to more days of trekking, etc activities

Can't connect properly. Old Data vanishes at ant point of time. Can't get alarm notifications. Device to mobile communication gets disconnected on its own !!! Guys it's been more than a year that you have released app update !!! What are you doing in app development center ???

The product is quite good. Sleek, elegant design bt I'm not getting any notifications like call, message etc on the display. Either you fix the app or let me the alternative.

Product is fine, but the app is useless. App needs to be upgraded it ask for login everyday. Takes time to sync. Modify the app as sson as possible otherwise the product will b of no use.

It gives off these little vibrations for no reason whatsoever. But its a nifty product indeed. It may help if that water consumption calculator is also there

slow to load, slow while syncing, after syncing slow in refreshing data. After new update, it ask GPS permission every time

When tried to sign up to application it kept giving message 'Network unavailable. Try again later.' even though connected to WiFi with good connection.

As usual complaints as others.. getting auto log off. No notifications.. when development team gonna respond. It's pathetic.

Logs off repeatedly. Need to do notification settings again and again. Reminders donot get synchronised with the device and hence do not work

Waste of money, why this shot doesn't allow to connect with app if you want to use it on other phone. It failed to connect with new phone once you connected with first phone.

The band was good looking and alway want to log in and sync was also not done error is showing all the time realy its wort do some thing atleast it work with buelthooth support do that plz so that its work or its wort its not work it like only simple band

Worst application... Connectivity issue Everytime... Measurements showing wrong data.. need to improve a lot.. Device is good so expecting quick solution on application...

Why is it asking to login Everytime and why isn't there any proper connectivity with the device, plus battery isn't that great either. Either upgrade the software or take the product down

Counts the lightest shake as a step! Syncing is painful as well. It should have done it automatically at intervals.

MotoG2 Bluetooth does not recognise the device. The app keeps rescanning but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Sync requires at least 50 attempts. Also found others with same problem. App needs correction.

For its cost it's an absolute value for money..looks wise also it's good and the reasons are also accurate with10%+/- ..

I had connect it to another mobile phone and when i changed to a new mobile, it just does not allow me to connect. Really silly!!

If u shake the watch it will show that u have taken a step. The battery is worst.

When ever try to setup notification for any of the application it's always throwing message "Failed" . If notification doesn't work then it's of no use .

Pls don't buy this band it's waste of money and it is not working properly it not responding to calls waste company.

Disconnected many time, notification show very late on band..like when u call get into missed call then it will show the miss call notification..
