Hate it. I have emailed company and they don't answer. Only thing I can use it for is a clock and a pedometer. Don't waste your money on this product. Pt.2- They did answer but keep telling me to check my phone and download current version of app. I have for both devices & Zecircle still doesn't work like advertised. Still dont like the product. If I just wanted a watch I'd have bought something else. Still believe it's a waste of money.

Having charged it this piece of rubbish 1. Won't show the time let alone anything else. 2. Try to link it with my phone and surprise, surprise won't. 3. Press in the right area of the phone and no screen. 4. Don't put that automatic response after this. 5. Thanks for ruining a lovely thought for Christmas.

When installed on my laptop I have no issues syncing but when paired with my android phone updated goals don't want to sync.

Sucks. The watch doesn't work at all except to tell time. Mine is supposed to give me my text message and call notifications which it does not do at all...ever. Worst watch ever. I have done everything like I was told to and tried talking to customer service but still doesn't work. I'll just go buy a retarded regular watch if I want a watch that tells time and nothing else. Do not, I repeat, do not buy this watch. They can't even accept it back from you and give you a different one. That's what I was told. Waste of money. Worst watch ever!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! The app stands out for its out of date design which additionally breaks even basic mobile design rules. The app is impressive in its user unfriendliness, to sync set of a new alarm, you should first have master sync and then, if the sync luckily is successful, you can sync the rest, of course, one by after another. It lacks a lot of useful features, like fitness data upload. Very amateur work, very poorly and badly done.

I just received this. I down loaded the app. I got connected ok. Problem I'm having is. It won't let me do anything u til I down load an update on my computer. I don't currently have a computer. Any suggestions how I can get the update to my watch without a computer.

I think this app is really good because you can track your progress and set goals. So far this watch has motivated me to do more exercise and for a really quite cheap price this a great buy

So dissapointed. It says in the ad that it would go 5 days between each charge, well it won't. It won't show telegram notifications. It is not worth it. So dissapointed :((

Unfortunately sometimes notifications not working and after locking my phone , watch lost its connection with phone

I received mine yesterday charged for 1:30 and I still can't setup i don't think it's working at all I'm very disappointed

Really great watch. Love its simplicity. Is all I need. Feels great on. Does name of caller, but SMS alerts is not showing and happening. I have Motorola Moto g.

i'm using Sony Xperia Z5 Premium latest android and it looses all notification access if you get off data or wifi and they suggested to un-pair and log-off and re-login and re-pair the watch, they even sent me a custom apk to install which supposed to work better on android 6.x, still same problems, still works as a watch and nothing else. why, just why i didn't check the reviews and comments, i've wasted money and time, i do all the fuzz like 3-4 times a day because i commute from home to work using the subway and i loose all signal and data.. when i get out i'm "that" close to throw it to the nearest bin.. edit: don't bother reply to this just to have a reply on a bad review, i've got plenty of replies over the past couple of months via email, i'm just so frustrated.. #arg Answer to comment, i've contacted you like 4 times and you haven't done a thing more than sending me a custom apk that does the same. Review remains as is cause it's true.

Design wise the watch is pretty sleek, makes you feel like you're wearing a moto 360 or an apple watch but with a lighter design while being much cheaper. That being said, it's kind of a turn off that you also have to install a program on your computer along with the app on your phone just to update the firmware. What's up with that? It will tell time consistently, so that's good at least. Step count is kinda off, it counts steps even as i'm sitting. I didn't expect it to be accurate to begin with so that being said it gives you a rough estimate of your step action through the day. Notifications sometimes work, sometimes don't. Not sure why, but have to open the app, check the notifications to get my notifications started again. Sometimes I get delayed notifications for messages and it will continue to remind you you've got a new message until you read the message on your phone. Wish it would buzz more for calls too. At best it's a pretty circular rechargeable watch with core features such as time, date and step count that work, at worst its a smartwatch that promises a number of things that don't work reliably.

Okay... So, this app worked perfectly fine when I first started using it, but then it kept being a douche and telling me there was an error with my sign in. I fixed that by moving the app the my sd card storage. But another problem that arose shortly before the sign in one is that the app got very anal about whether or not it will save my sleep data, and sometimes the app doesn't want to come out of sleep mode, even when the watch has already awakened. I would not recommend to another person.

Just received my new SMART watch. I was able to charge in about 1 hr. Downloaded app onto cellphone. I have a Blu Vivo 5. Was able to connect through bluetooth without a problem. Now, testing the features. Very stylish. Was hard to snap close on wrist. OK - update......... I was able to get the notifications to work. But, perplexed by the # of steps seems to be HIGHER than I expect. So not sure if I can really trust the ACTIVITY. I do have small stride. Does it count per leg step? I will count the steps myself to see. Have made a list of a regular routine and will compare. is this normal? All other features - PERFECT.

Yeah the watch is awesome but this app is a piece of sh!t if the box says that it works with android 4.3 and above and still it wont connect and it has been almost and year of Lollipop update so are u fcking kidding me that u cannot connect to Lollipop devices android 6 is out so i just want to say FCK these lazy people who wont do their job i hope u see this so u do your job and dont enjoy my scammed money yeah i call this a scam u no this is just stupid i could do your job so i could enjoy my watch

Impossible d'utiliser la montre lorsque le téléphone n'est pas connecté à internet !! L'application devrait garder la session ouverte mais rien ni aucun réglage pour le faire. Des qu'il nya plus de connexion internet l'application devient inutilisable. Pourquoi ce n'est pas le cas ?

the product is working really good. easy to understand the functions and use it from the first day. unfortunate, i can not use the application on android tablet or phone... and since I don't use a laptop I can not track the days...just using paper and pen... probably i will return it next days to shop and get another brand

I have a device with bluetooth 4.1. Often the connection it is lost even if the devices are nearly. More if unpair it direct from the ZeCircle program you lose you settings and records. I'm not satisfied and I will return the product.

très déçue par le sav... en effet, j'ai fait part de mon problème de non notification des e-mails et aucune solution ne m'a été apportée... et depuis, aucune nouvelle du sav. du coup j'avais mis 3 étoiles précédemment, mais je revois ma note et je n'en mets plus que 2. de plus la montre n'a aucune notification de son état de connexion avec le téléphone, du coup on rate des notifications car la montre ne s'est pas resynchronisée avec le téléphone. une icône de connexion active serait vraiment très utile..

It was working perfectly at first. However since 2 weeks after getting the app, every time I use it, it indicates that an update is required but as the title indicates: there is no update. Any solution ?

Watch will only intermittently display notifications. Very poor support that just consists of being told to disconnect everything and try again. Support website is just full of excuses about android versions and promises that they are working on fixes. Will be taking this back to the shop for a refund.

Awesome watch but step count does not work the fitness tracker is why I bought it cheaper alternative to a fit bit

I like the watch and some of the functions . but it never sync with my watch or let me download the programs . never figured out how to make the sleep app work. The caller id works once in awhile.
