Didn't work! Reinstalled it twice. Going to send it back.????

Not fit for purpose, random alarm, had to remove battery :(

Keeps crashing when tapping anywhere on the app

It not picking up keep crashing

Bought the device, didn't even connect, changed the batteries, still didn't connect, waste of money!

Rubbish. Will be returning the FindIt device for a refund. App crashes constantly, tried stopping app, tried restarting phone. Zero stars if I could.

When it comes to pairing the device the app crashes every time

Almost useless, randomly sets off alarm. Just too unreliable to use. No idea if it has airplane mode. Decided to put the tag in a place where I won't find it. Won't be looking for it though.

Absolute Rubbish, doesn't do as advertised and both the phone and tag randomly start beeping for no reason. Uninstalled and the tag binned

Still trying to load it. 4 hours and still not working. Taking it back to shop tomorrow.

Map location doesnt work on android galaxy s7. So whats the point of the app if you cant locate last signal point on a map.

Really stupid design, alarm keeps going off on both my phone and the tile whenever they are apart but I don't always have my keys and phone together i.e. at work or the gym. Can't turn this off. Will be returning the device for a refund.

It's a good concept and handy gadget! But I've found the app has less of the features outlined in the instruction manual (e.g. Alarm Time, Flash Light, Reconnect) and the features that are available don't function to the best. Tried to change the main function of the tag to "Take a Photo" , although the setting said "Take a Photo" the app still reverted back to "Find Phone". After multiple attempts of trying to change the photo for the tag too, it stayed at the factory photo. Last thing is that every time I exit the app, it creates a new shortcut on my home screen...I had 4 shortcuts for the one app at one stage. I'm using a Huawei P9. Bit glitchy, but, good idea!

Awful, the Bluetooth never works when you try to set it up, it keeps trying to create shortcuts every time you open it, the tag doesn't show whether it's off or on when you're trying to link it up and it only beeps if it manages to connect and then disconnect sporadically. Threw it in the bin.

Loaded on my S6 okay, and app runs fine. All in all its okay and happy with it. Would say alarm tones could be better and a proper map icon. Will be using this tag on my keys when when opening and locking up my sheds as often get distracted and leave keys in open sheds. Will be setting mine for 2 metres should the trick. And for me will not be using GPS! This will save battery and keys never leave property anyway. Hope that helps.....

It cuts the life of the phone in half.

One of the features needed most to help find lost items doesn't work please fix other than that it works fine.
